I was a disappointed because I got this for my parent’s anniversary and when my mom put it in a vase, some of the flowers were already dead. The arrangements are definitely not as nice as the pictures show. I didn’t notice right when I picked it up, but some of the flowers were browning as well.

I purchased a product back in early september with 4 days notice. 24 hours before delivery they sent me an email saying they did not have the bouquet I ordered and offered a different one. I replied stating that I did not want a different bouquet and requested a refund. That was the end of the communications, needless to say I received neither the flowers nor the refund. I am now disputing the payment but they have not communicated with Paypal either. Extremely poor service and shady business practices

My flower are Beautiful Fresh and the way was shown on the web. The delivery was fast and cortious. Ordering was easy and fast Iam totally Satisfied with FLOWER House. I will be ordering from them again

Gotta tulips here the other day and they weren’t put together right. Chocked by some nasty tape and just didn’t looks as good. But if you catch the owner lady in to do your bouquet, she has a much better taste in my opinion and cares where the flowers go and what their life is the next couple of days. Other than that is just fine.

Terrible customer service. No respect for customers. Special Delivery for flower arrangements was paid in order to arrive before 4: 00pm. Did not answer the phone after several calls, as my two daughters flower arrangements were supposed to be part of a surprise. Very rude, unprofessional and will never by from this place again. Flowers delivered at 9: 00pm when the girls were already sleeping and no Valentines flowers. Flower quality was very mediocre. Ridiculously expensive for mediocre flowers and design.
