Sent the pink purse bouquet to my daughter for her 50th birthday and she loves it. It made her day.

I ordered from CA for delivery in Orlando, FL. The entire team ensured that I would be satisfied! They discussed every detail, from the floral design, how to send them my card message, when delivery would happen, to payment. They sent me a text with a picture of the arrangement after they were finished and I am so glad I trusted them to do what they do best. It was so beautiful! I wish they were here in California so I would use them more often!

Merchant delivered beautiful flowers on-time like pictured on website to identified location for funeral services. Would be 5-star had the additional $50 promise for a fuller floral be merited, which we did not get. For the price paid, we expected a bit more fuller flower product for $350 price paid (flowers + tax + delivery service) but what we got was beautiful.

I ordered a custom arrangement recreating my wife's bridal bouquet. The staff were friendly and able to put together a wonderful arrangement. They matched it well with the limited information I had.

That said, I picked it up on a Friday and by Tuesday most of the flowers had wilted (despite being given fresh water daily). For the price (which wasn't cheap), I was expecting them to last longer than 4 days.

I'd recommend them for something that needs to be beautiful but only for a short time; probably perfect for an event/wedding.

My go-to florist! These guys are amazing at what they do! They not only design beautiful floral arrangements, but also you can tell they use very fresh and quality product! The customer service was excellent as well! Would definitely recommend.

Poor business practices.
Delivered nothing like what was ordered after 2 consultations to be assured we received what we wanted for such a glorious day.
Very rude and unapologetic for seeing pics sent on the day to verify many errors. Bobby is not nice and Sylvia avoids honoring good business in our opinion. Bullying is not acceptable for your errors. Resolution would have been beneficial for all concerned.

I love flowers and am very picky about quality, freshness and design. I received a boutoniere and corsage that were just beautifully done and would not hesitate to recommend

Yesterday I called to send My Beautiful Mom a bouquet of flowers for her Birthday. Bobby from Flower no5 went above and beyond to make my Moms Birthday very Special to her and to me! The Elegance, Beauty and the Professionalism from this Florist always brings me back for their Business. Just to see her glow when she received her arrangement made her Birthday a milestone!
