Got the email confirmation saying my flowers would be delivered the same day as my order. The money was withdrawn from my account. The flowers were never delivered & they will not answer the phone when I call. Do not use this service, it is not reliable.

What a great flower shop, I ordered i sympathy basket of flowers with delivery to a friend of mine. Joann did a fantastic job on the flowers and delivered them within that same day as I ordered. I will continue to use this business. Thank you!
