I really felt like writing this review after the great service and the beautiful flowers I received from Flowers By Pouparina today. My son sent me a beautiful flower arrangement and by accident I dropped it right after I received it. I was able to save all the flowers which were arranged on a green wet sponge, however the base which was like a rectangular mirror broke in pieces. Every time my son sends me a gift, I thank him and I send him a picture of what he has sent me. This time I didn't know what to do. I called the flower shop and after telling the lady on the phone what had happened to me, she told me not to worry that she was going to deliver to my house another vase. (She even asked me if I was able to save all the flowers.) To my surprise the vase was delivered later and without any charge. Thank you Flowers By Poparina for your great service and for such a beautiful and very unique flower arrangement. I love it!

Im not a big Flower buyer. Kind of always wait till the last minute for occasions. The awesome folks here ALWAYS make me look good. If you dont have a specific request, I would let them create their choice of bouquet for you. They never miss! Thank you so much.

Me: This is the Maldonado Family. My wife Anabel bought flowers from your business yesterday for her sick aunt. We are extremely unhappy with the flowers and the customer service we've received. We are requesting a full reimbursement of the $235.99 charged to my wife's credit card. When I spoke to you, you said if we remove our negative reviews and you pick up the flowers, you will reimburse my wife the full amount. We have agreed to these conditions. Please respond that you will follow through with this settlement and all family members will remove their reviews. All parties will be satisfied.

We paid $235 dollars for this. You be the judge.

We were very specific on what we wanted and didn't get it at all. We asked for peonies, garden roses and orquid arrangement. Very specific, we paid for an expensive beautiful arrangement and this is what we got mushed peonies and carnations.

Update. Can't believe I'm being called evil for being a dissatisfied customer and having an opinion, Wow!

Wow how horrible customer service! They want for us from far to tell our aunt to take the floral arragement outside her door because they want it back, in order to reimburse us and our aunt has covid.obvisously this place has no heart for the sick ones. What a shame! All of this could have been resolve with her making a new arrangement a customer always comes first. You can't say that we paid for what we got! The pictures say it all. A$ 235.99 arrangement! Wow Keep the money we learn the lesson not to use you ever.

I just wanted to say thank you Janella for your outstanding customer service you really designed a special gift for my relative. You answered the phone and instead of rushing you took your time and guided me towards the perfect flower bouquet once I arrived to your store.

I cannot tell you how happy I was with this floral arrangement. The presentation & customer service was truly exceptional. An employee (I wish I got her name) texted me photos of the finished product & when it was delivered. This was the first time I order from a local florist, and I would most definitely do business with this shop again!

This is by far, the best experience I've had ordering flowers. I live in NJ and whenever I want to send flowers in Miami, I just pick up the phone, give specification as to what I'm looking for and what to spend, I have never been disappointed. Yesterday I called to order flowers for my daughter and they arrived early today. The flowers are amazingly beautiful and the associate I spoke with Janella, is very poised, professional and accommodating.
