We received a gift of a Christmas cactus. It looks like it fell out and fell apart in transit and was delivered in very poor condition. It was not even contained in an inside plastic pot. The dirt and plant are in foil gift wrap inside a small container. I’m sure the sender spent a lot more on it than the way it appears. It isn’t even blooming and it is completely dry.

Received Flowers without a note of who they were from.just a note with the phone number of the florist. I called the florist and no answers after multiple calls.
Now how am I to Thank for the flowers?

I've been a customer since 2013.back when they were on Orlando Ave. Obviously, there's a reason I keep returning. Please continue reading and I'll explain why.

I've been working specifically with Alexis. She gets what I'm looking for and I'm always happy with the results.

The pictures here show the different Designer's Choice arrangements Alexis has made for me over the years. I can give her an idea of what I want and let her get creative with it.no specific flowers, no specific style, and she nails it every time. She just asks me who's it for, their gender, any color preference, and my budget.

They turn out beautifully. The recipients I give these to are always amazed.

I normally don't order from any florist's website because I'm often disappointed at how small and/or lackluster they are with the amount of money that I spend. I tend to get frustrated because many times, it depends on the season and what's in their inventory. It's been my experience with many companies. So I resort to only ordering directly through this store as I can communicate what I want and set the right expectations. These arrangements are about 21h x 26w inches and I provide my own basket.

It always surprises me how quickly these are arranged. I can place an order and in less than 24 hrs, they're ready for pick up. Not sure if that's standard for all floral shops but I love being able to need something and it's ready the next day. Have never done delivery so no opinion on that.

Completely loyal to these guys. A while back, I was so devastated when the sign on their shop said they were moving to Casselberry. When I found out years later that they changed direction and moved down the street, I was ecstatic! So thankful they're still around.

UPDATE: I’ve done several deliveries now from Winter Park. They’ve gone to Windermere and Clermont. Deliveries have been successful and the flowers kept - they were beautiful and remained fresh.as you can see from the pictures my recipients have sent me when they display it in their homes. So not sure where all of these people are having bad experiences, but I can attest that I frequent this location physically and have never had a bad experience.

The flowers never reached their recipient. The delivery was not made. I chose this flower shop for a special occasion and they ruined it for me. What a shame, it's a shame that this happened. On the website it said that the order had already been delivered and it was not true.

Don't trust them! You pay a high premium for convenience and low quality. I purchased their extra large bouquet and 2 balloons. They outsourced to a "local" florist. They delivered a small bouquet and one balloon! Their customer service multiple times said I would receive a $48.13 refund from the $100+ purchase. That was back in July! Spoke to them again in August and was told partial refund was issued back to my PayPal. It wasn't. False promises, sub par products and services. Save yourselves the headache and go to a florist near you so you can make sure you know what you're getting. 1-800 Flowers is a joke and would never do business with them or affiliates.

Just received flowers from my son and half of them are old! I am so disappointed because he really surprised me? When he comes back from work I will show him and he should have money back!

THEY SAY THEY ARENT AFFILIATED WITH 1-800 FLOWERS THEN WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE FROM 1-800 FLOWERS THE ORDER IS SENT TO THEM THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND IF YOU ARENT AFFILIATED WITH 1-800 FLOWERS HOW DID I GET MY REFUND THEN?

Unbelievable terrible experience. They sent my order to the wrong address then i had to go and pick it up while being sick. And i ask for a refund for the shipping fees and also a refund for the wrong balloons and Ashely the rude woman working said i can’t speak to her manager this is a private business so i called 1-800 Flowers directly and got a full refund. Disappointed Disgusting she had the audacity to say i harassed her for asking for a refund and because i told her im calling better business bureau i cant make this up. This business is an inconvenience to my life funniest part is she told me i was harassing her and i told her im a lawyer and if she would like to take that up in court thats fine by me what a joke. Never again terrible business and no i will not remove this review because its all true.

Two consecutive days I have been trying to deal with this company. Ordered flowers to be delivered to someone having a rough time. Two consecutive days they sent an email that "We attempted to deliver your gift, but were unable to do so. " The fact is, I have cameras facing my driveway, and no delivery was ever attempted. I don't care about prices, but lying to me I cannot tolerate.

THIS IS FOR THE COMPANY AS WHOLE: Wish there was a way at to do ZERO stars. This is the worst company. Promo codes don’t work online so you gotta order over the phone. Customer service people are horrible. I placed an order on the phone, the guy got my email wrong, sent it to a random persons email that didn’t even kinda resemble mine, billing address was wrong, gift note was wrong, tracking number was wrong, and it won’t be delivered as promised. I am beyond angry and will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. Save yourself time and stress and find another company.

The delivery driver dropped the flowers at the wrong location and left without verifying. When I inquired to be refunded for the service fee, not the entire amount because the recipient received the flowers eventually, I was offered a $20 store credit and a redelivery.

Flowers I received wilted next day. No flower preserve packet included. I couldn't find name of flower store to call or website. Was told by friends to call # on back of
card. I did the lady wasn't helpful. I don't expect new flowers, just want to inform shop. I get flowers sent often. And send also.

I ordered birthday delivery. First it was a day late and was for a new born baby when it was for a birthday. Arrangement did not look anything like what I ordered.

I delivered part time with this company and they just decided not to me for a day of work. No wonder reviews are so low, they treat their drivers horrible, no reimbursement, no hourly, no benefits. Don't order flowers from here if you want top notch quality

Reply-I tried multiple ways to contact during business hours. I still have not been paid what I was owed 2 weeks ago. You should be embarrassed for letting it get this point. Pay me and I'll remove my post. Until then this is 100% true not an allegation I have sent you all the proof. Btw, you earned this 2.3 rating so all these other reviews (225) can't be wrong as well.

By far one of the worst online companies, I have ever dealt with. Simple flower order stated delivered. Which they never were. I waited on hold for thirty-five (35) minutes only to talk to someone at their 1800 only to be laughed at by the employee and everyone around them. They offered a partial credit stating the flowers were delivered. When I mentioned cameras and being home they offered a reship, again still laughing about the situation. Only after ten (10) more minutes they would give me a refund and continue laughing that my flowers had not been delivered. Not once at any given time did they express any sympathy or provide any customer service.

All I wanted to do was to send my daughter some flowers for valentines day. It’s her first valentines day away from home as she is in college. You didn’t deliver her flowers and you broke my heart.
