The arrangement was not as pictured.looked more like a small centerpiece than an actual cake.unfortunately not worth the $80+ spent

Still waiting for my $117 refund after two months of non delivered roses and a promised bouquet of roses for free that was never delivered as well. Horrible service. I do not recommend.

My father has sent valentines flower bouquets to my sisters and I since we were young children. When I had my two daughters he also started sending them flowers as well. We always counted on them every year. This year I walked outside and there was one bouquet sitting on my porch. Nobody rang the door bell or knocked or anything. I brought them in and called my dad to thank him. He asked if the girls liked theirs. I explained it was only one bouquet. He has been trying to contact this company for 3 days. Left voicemails, text messages, emails etc.no return call and they also don’t answer the phone when we have called. I have called 6 times myself and have never gotten an answer, it was even sent to voicemail a few times. My dad is trying to get his money back still and they have yet to send the two other bouquets. It very disappointing for my dad. This is a tradition he has carried out through so many years. This company is the only one that has ruined it. My dad is ordering from another florist to make sure the girls get their bouquets but it’s 3 days late and the excitement isn’t there anymore. Please don’t waste your money on this company.
EDIT AFTER FINALLY RECEIVED THE DELIVERY
we received the flowers finally. I changed it from a 1star review to 3 star review. The flowers that we received were pretty and actually better than the single red rose vase we received by itself the first day. I’m glad they finally delivered them. When we contacted them the gentleman on the phone tried to say it was our fault that it wasn’t actually ordered. Then someone else told him in the background that it actually was 3 bouquets we ordered. So he corrected his first statement saying it’s just confusing on how it reads in his system. Which also isn’t the customers fault. So I’ll leave it at a three stars. We did receive the flowers and the last delivery was very pretty. In Understand being busy on this holiday but being unable to reach them until 4 days later is still unacceptable.

They cared about me and my satisfaction. With the stress of being in the house and wanting a spectacular arrangement - they made sure I received the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. Mostly, it was about their "caring. " Thank you very much.

*UPDATE*= Very nice owner. After my negative review below he reached out and sent free white roses at the time/date I requested, they look very nice. Shows that he cares about customer satisfaction!

Only giving 2 stars because the delivery was on time. Other than that, very disappointed. For $67 the bouquet came with the wrong flowers and looked nothing like the photo on the website, definitely not worth it.

UPDATE: In response to the reply from the owner, I have revised my original rating/review (below). Flowers to go did deliver an orchid as an apology for the mix up (before I left my original review) which was very thoughtful and made the recipient incredibly happy. This was not clear to me due to a particularly stressful event which the cacti were a sympathy gift for. The cacti garden/planter was also much more packed than shown on the website to make up for the missing variety. So I take responsibility for the original negative review and admit I left it with incomplete information. All the information that I had in my original review was from the recipient not myself since I am not currently in Florida.
ORIGINAL: Originally, the wrong arrangement was delivered. I had ordered the cactus garden but received a succulent basket instead. I called to see what happened and they said there was a mix up and would redeliver what I ordered. However, they were out of three of the 6 types of cacti that would be in the pot and I would have to deal with it. The redelivered pot also did not come in the advertised terracotta pot but a metal pail instead. For the price of this, I expected much higher quality.

Super late leaving a review as I am pretty computer illiterate and also a professional procrastinator. I am a 2 time customer, 1st purchase was made in December of 2018 and the 2nd purchase was made for this past valentine's day 2019. Both experiences were better than I could have ever expected. They were very helpful and their flowers were the best quality I've ever seen. Getting flowers on Valentine's day in particular has always been a nightmare, not the case here! My brother in law was pretty upset with me for upstaging him this past Valentine's Day! LOL Will be making another purchase very soon. It's really a treat to find a business in the Miami area still focused on quality and customer satisfaction. 5 stars doesn't quite illustrate the value of this business.
