Flying with Air

I purchased a Tarot Reading in December. I tried to schedule the reading in January numerous times. I tried via FB, IG, and directly to the store. I never received a response in January. I tried calling, and the phone rang with no VM options. After my frustration, I emailed and asked for a refund. I got the refund immediately. So they can’t respond to scheduling, but can issue a refund immediately. I never received an apology.

I've been here maybe around three times only? But each time I come it's honestly amazing and very kind customer service which I am so grateful for, just such good energy here so thank U to all the workers here and the owner for having such a nice place: ]

This beautiful spot has a lot of variety of beautiful stones bracelets, rings, natural oil. Amazing, I love it!

Everytime I come to Aventura Mall, I'm ALWAYS pulled to Flying with Air. The energy here is beautiful and the staff always has a lovely disposition.

Okay seriously. There is this girl that works here and she is AMAZING. I love her energy and she is extremely knowledgeable about birthstones and I bring my niece here all the time and we never leave without goodies! The girl I’m talking about is super sweet and her energy honestly just makes me want to never leave.

Amazing place. Never fails to amaze me when I make a purchase. However this trip was extra special Because of Dalal. I had questions and she certainly delivered and was very patient. Thank you. We should have more sales reps in this world like you.

I’ve met so many lovely characters at Flying With Air - both the Aventura and Sunny Isles location. What they all have in common is how kind, helpful, compassionate, and understanding they are. I’ve literally walked into the store crying my eyes out, and Air instantly soothed me with her comforting words. She has so much wisdom to share, as does Gabby, who I attended a reiki class under; I have been healing tremendously ever since.
