Tje Flyland Recovery Network is an amazing place to get sober. The staff is wonderful. They actually care about each and every patient. You are not just a number but a human being that they want to help. I am truly grateful to the entire facility for the outstanding care they gave me.

DO NOT EXPECT ALL THE PIPE DREAMS THEY SELL YOU OVER THE PHONE. With that said, I am doing much better and the ppl at the facility were all amazing. The call center however are liars just to get you there. They don't have enough activity after groups it's pretty boring bc your only options are the back patio, your room or, the media room. Group is where you get your best therapy so share.

Paula and Hannah are great. Those 2 are the ones you want around and T. The food was really good most of the support staff are great. After the initial anger from not having what you are promised, it's not a bad place. They just need more than walks to the park. You're literally caged up like an animal for how ever long your stay is. Lot's of good times tho.

Just be prepared, let me just let you know what the call center promises and the support staff get all the anger from us bc of said call center.
No phones
No pool
No you can't have snacks that you may bring.
No you can't wear what ever you bring and make sure you take a Hoodia and joggers. That place is set to 69 - 70 24/7.

As I said bf it is a great place if you're ready.
I'm golden!

Rehab can be a scary decision but I'll tell you it was the best decision that I ever made. Having a structure, simplifying my life and gaining many valuable tools have continued to help me down my sobriety journey.

The friendships you build with fellow residents but also the staff are wonderful. Everyone truly supports one another and it is a completely judgement free zone.

Definitely do it for yourself and make it be one of the best decisions you've ever made.

God Bless!

I came to this place unknowing of what recovery truly looked like and honestly skeptical if it could work! Upon arrival I was greeted with open hearts, beautiful smiles & encouragement from the staff that let me know I wasn't alone. Beacon staff and guests showed me they would love me until I was able to love myself. This place saved my life with my willingness to change and accept the tools they provide. Special shout out to alumni Sean Dailey, & Ms. Robin who cared enough to tell me the things I didn't want to hear, also Mr. Darren who's personality is amazing for being in recovery he brings the cheerfulness everyone needs! And last but certainly not least Ms. Mary who's just nursing around there at beacon lol! But seriously Ms Mary goes above and beyond the requirements of her job and not just showing up and clocking in same as everyone mentioned and not mentioned, she took the time to help me understand things I didn't recognize or know about myself and or treatments I needed for my recovery! I love all you guys and looking forward to coming back to share my experience, strength and hope with others starting their journey. This place saved my life and for that I'm truly grateful

The single handed best opportunity and facility I’ve ever attended. Every level of staff from the house keepers to the directors of operations are beyond amazing. If you need help this is the place you will find it! Thank you for saving my life daylight! I would also like to give a special thanks to Sean who is part of the Flyland network, I wouldn’t be here without you and I’m honored to have crossed paths with you. Thank you all so much!

Wow, a real Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde with Anthony. Obviously he works by a commission. I asked for the financial paperwork. No paperwork but was told to talk to someone else. No. He's a used car salesman and He was obnoxious and talks over you. Always check for the fine print.

Daylight Recovery Center in West Palm Beach and its many staff members were there for me in my time of need. No one hopes to need a place like this but this is where my life brought me and I am so glad it did. Every single staff member is dedicated to the clients that walk in that door and want what’s best for us and our recovery. This place helped me get my life back and a longer length of sobriety than I thought possible. Special thank you to Sean, Bree, Bennett, Taylor, DeMarcus, Shawn, and Amanda and Brittany! There was no one here I didn’t like and I hated everyone the day I got there!

The admissions team was horrific and aggressive. Anthony specifically even accused me of bing on drugs when I called to give him feedback after completed a stay at another facility. I don't even have substance abuse issues. Management seriously needs to coach him

My experience was 100% positive. I was at Flyland Beacon for 14 days in September 2023. My first time in recovery. I can entirely attribute my sobriety thus far to Beacon. The staff was amazing and supportive. I learned so much about myself and problems I didn't know I'd had. Ways to work on those problems. Robin showed me sober fun was possible.

The kitchen staff was super kind and really cared about the food (which was incredible).

The Techs treated you like a human and not a patient. Shout out to Dee and Adam!

The nurses were all very patient and helpful. Made the terrible process of detoxing as comfortable as possible.

I loved Beacon! I highly recommend it for anyone that needs it.

Edit-Most of the positive reviews were posted by employees or paid reviewers
I was at their Daylight location in West Palm Beach and no thanks to them have been clean and sober for over a year now.

This place is a complete waste of time. I've been to several places, unfortunately, and this one made me want to drink even more. When I tried to transfer someplace else, they kidnapped my belongings for 72 hours. A Cat 1 hurricane was happening so I had to stay that night but got my stuff as soon as I could and got out of there. They had my wallet to so I couldn't even get a hotel room. The program itself was eat sleep and smoke outside. No help programs at all. When I called, they said they had a pool, no they do not. The kicker was when I got a bill, even though my out of pocket expenses were done for the year, saying they were not in my BCBS network. I asked if they were before signing myself in at which time I blew. 000. They just called and said it was a well being check. Then tried to get $1500 out of me again. When I became upset, he had the audacity to accuse me of being drunk. This place will say anything to get you in there for what they can get from insurance and not let you out. It took me 11 days to get out, even when I came in blowing. 000. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! Several other people experienced similar issues while I was there.

I would like to give special recognition to Sean, who is the alumni coordinator for Flyland. He has gone above and beyond to help so many of the people who walk through the doors. Without him, I’m not sure of where I’d be in my journey. Forever grateful for him, and the experience I had at Ember treatment center

I recently went to Detox of South Florida AKA Ember Recovery Center seeking relief from my addiction. I am what is know as dual diagnosis (Mental/Addiction). My treatment was nothing but spectacular from the entire staff at Ember. The clinical staff was knowledgeable and caring with me and my difficult situation. They properly diagnosed, placed me on a path with a accurate treatment plan and gave me guidance on my continued recovery medicaly and psychologically. The medical team gave me around the clock 24 hour attention for my detox, psychological medications and anything that came up including anxiety, pain and overall comfort. The BHT/Techs we're kind, undederstanding and attentive. The kitchen staff were professional, caring and attentive to everyone's different needs. The meals we delicious as well as nutritious and they have off hours food laid out in case you need or wanted it.
The Support staff that oversees various different aspects of your detox, care and continued recovery were always available and attentive. Sean and the alumni team are willing and available to help you out if required. When Sean says "if you need anything, anything at all with any type of help whatsoever contact myself or any other member of the alumni team" he truly means it and follows through with it. The overall management at Ember/Flyland Recovery has done a very professional job of building a staff and treatment plan that is beneficial to various types of addicts and alcoholics who do or do not have psychological needs. If you're reading this and it's you, a loved one or a friend in need of detox or treatment I highly recommend Detox of South Florida/Ember Recovery Center/Flyland Recovery Network and I would put them in the upper echelons of detoxes and recovery operations throughout the United States.

I admitted myself to Kandela, ran by Flyland Recovery Network, on March 17th, 2023. My experience at Kandela was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I got off the plane in Miami, I was welcomed and treated with care. This was my first time in treatment, but I knew I was at the right place. Many other clients who had been to multiple treatment centers in the past said that this is by far the best one that they have gone to. There was a comfort in that. I never felt out of place; everything was laid out in front of me and structured very well.
Staff memebers were absolutely amazing. I'd like to give specific shout outs to staffing that went above and beyond to guide me in the beginning of my recovery journy. My therapist, Olivia, was absolutely amazing. She didn't treat me like a general client. She adjusted her therapy practice to fit my needs. My family back home was very impressed with her as well; she stayed in contact with them the entire time and answered any questions they had. Group facilitator Robin changed my life. She ran groups that were very easy to follow. Never a dull moment! She even took the time to work with me one on one when I was going through rough times. She is a caring person, but doesn't sugar coat the truth that you need to hear. Her passion to guide those on the road to recovery is obvious. She is an absolute angel. I could go on and on about how great she is! Anyone would be lucky to have her be a part of their recovery story. Staff member Angel is another person who went above and beyond. Seeing her is like instantly receiving a hug. When she was in the kitchen cooking, we all knew the food was going to be extra tasty. Not only did she cook for us, but she is also a tech who cares about every single client she comes across. That beautiful woman can do it all! EVERY nurse on staff was absolutely amazing. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me. All of the techs were absolutely amazing. I don't have a single complaint. They were always going above and beyond to make sure things were running smoothly. Allegra was always running around making sure every need of the clients was being met. She seemed to have the ability to be in multiple places at once. The housekeeping staff was also knocking it out of the park on the DAILY! Alumni coordinator Brooke also deserves a shout out. She has been staying in contact with me ever since I left to make sure that my transition back to "real life" is going smoothly. She geniunely cares about keeping us on the path of recovery by giving suggestions as to what we need to be doing when we get back home.
If you or a loved one needs help with substance abuse, Kandela is the way to go as it is ran in a professional, safe, and clean manner. I will forever remember my stay at Kandela because they saved my life. I cannot thank them enough.

My first time ever in detox, then rehab Sept-Nov 2022. I’m so thankful to have been able to experience my Daylight recovery. The entire staff was always capable and understanding. I listened and participated, gathered so many much-needed tools for sobriety. I would recommend Daylight to anyone in need of detox and recovery. Made wonderful lifelong friends and memories! Still sober as of today, 05-11-2023
