I can agree with many of the latest reviews. The past owner, Dave, did a phenomenal job. So many of the older reviews were very positive. Fast forward to today. Everything Dave built up was torn down. People need a reliable insurance company/agent. That’s no longer Focus Insurance. I stopped using them and many others I recommended to use Focus have done the same.
