Professional and personal is always a good combination and the staff here are excellent examples. For post surgical therapy, their needs assessment and therapy regimes are thorough and ultimately prepare you to continue after at home. Thanks to Lynda for the welcoming smiles and navigating the sceduling maze and to RaShaun for his diligence (and friendly demeanor) in keeping me on course to improve my flexibility and mobility with each session.

The staff is excellent. They really do a great job with rehab. Elizabeth got my torn rotator moving so well I will be able to postpone any surgery,
While I hate that I had to go to pt, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I have been to FOCUS PT once before my neck surgery and once after my surgery. This is a great group of people that are great at there job. They are as nice as can be and knowledgeable. Even though Elizabeth was the only miracle worker that worked on me I was able to watch the others interact with the patients they had and I could see they were receiving the same valuable service as I was. I don't say this much but you won't be disappointed going here!

I have been to Focus 3 times with separate issues in the last few years. Scott’s business is focused on partnering with each client to address individual issues and develop plans to reach a healthy outcome. Every member of his staff is knowledgeable, delightful and supportive - yeah you John!

Excellent therapists, specially Scott, always so professional, and knowledgeable. I think that it's the best therapy center in the area.

I have been to several different physical therapists in Jax over the past many years. I must say that Scott at Focus Therapy is the best PT I have ever worked with. He and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, caring, attentive and genuinely want to help their clients make real progress. I 100% recommend this facility. They are the nicest people you could ever meet. The therapists all care and are truly invested in your progress. Matt Ching is so intelligent and thoughtful in the way he helps you. He will do everything he can go get to the bottom of what is hurting you and fix it. Linda at the front desk is so kind and personable. The place is clean and well maintained as well.

So May I start by saying this staff is OUTSTANDING AND REMARKABLE. Scott has developed such a solid team of PTA’s and TECH’s. They are very patient with each patient. Their full scope and understanding of how to approach each ailment is pretty phenomenal. I first walked In thinking my life of mobility was completely over. Boy did they prove me wrong. I truly believe that God has full presence over those beautiful vessels. I’m able to do most of all the things I’ve don’t before. My range of motion has made tremendous improvement and they even have increased my strength. I’d recommend them for anyone suffering from injuries. SALUTE TO THOSE MEN & WOMEN. May God Bless them.

I have consistently received excellent treatment from both Elizabeth and Matt at Focus Physical Therapy. They were both diligent in finding solutions and therapy to help my vertigo and balance issues. I highly recommend Focus for their professional and compassionate physical therapists.

Best therapist in the whole wide world! Scott Crawley and the staff are AMAZING Just walking in makes you feel better the atmosphere itself is healing!

The therapists were all very dutiful, but I wasn't able to strengthen quad muscles after two knee operations, and they cut me loose. I understand, there was no more point, but they didn't discuss alternatives with me. I researched on my own and found a chiropractors who specializes in knees and whose PRP injection and laser therapy is helping.

Focus was a life saver for me. Not just PT, but helped me with balance, took care of my whole body not just the knee and shoulder.

I love going to Focus because you get personal therapy and Scott always over sees what the therapist are doing. The personal service you receive from them is always consistent.
