Bad service and experience. In addition to being an expensive restaurant, close to other steakhouses around, it should at least have good service and a pleasant experience. I had already visited the unit in NY and I didn't like it, now the one in Orlando shows how much they leave something to be desired.

I was there to celebrate my birthday. The service was poor and food as well. The buffet almost empty, no salads. I will not recommend this place at all. When I did my reservations I put the notice that is my birthday, the server didn’t mention anything about. I spend 430$ for nothing. We was waiting like 20 minutes to get the meet. Better to go somewhere else.

We go to Fogo de Chão from Orlando often and I always find the service terrible. They change the waiter who is serving you from one hour to another and then nothing else is served. Meats disappear! Another issue that bothers me a lot is the fact that, because we are Brazilian, they don't serve us well. This is incredible! And finally some waiters are rude about the tip.
Well…this weekend I went to Fogo de Chão in Atlanta and I was able to compare. I was amazed at the difference in service. Wonderful service and you are not discriminated against for being Brazilian. Everything is served as it should be. You pay for it! Don't keep begging them to serve you the house meats!
The one in Orlando, on the other hand, seems to me to be in the muggle system!

Overall not good enough for the money. The meat is hard to eat, the server is very indifferent, and it takes too long to bring the different kinds of meat. Very disappointed and dissatisfy.

First time here and I LOVED it! Atmosphere is comfy and enjoyable to have a great meal. German was such a huge help to make sure I got my well done steak (I know I know lol). Love this place and can’t wait to come back. It was excellent.

20+ year regular. Visited this location on 7/14. Waitress didn't offer wine list or cocktail. Water delivered. Didn't see her again the entire evening. Helped ourselves to salad bar. Very good as expected. No one came by to bring us fresh plates. We retrieved from the salad bar for gauchos to bring meat. Waited. Waited. Waited. Finally started flagging them down. The ONLY gaucho that provided great service was filet. And it was perfect. Asked him if he was the only one working.
Finally disgusted with lack of service. Waived someone down to bring us our check. No offer for dessert, coffee or after dinner drink. The worst service I've ever experienced at FdC. Will not return.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - ORLANDO! My family and I experienced the restaurant in Miami first and were amazed! From the service to the ambiance to the high-quality food and variety. The entire experience was amazing. Naturally we wanted the whole family to experience Fogo when we came to Orlando. Huge mistake. The service was horrid. I had to take plates (large and small) to my family because the server never did. The requisite sides with the full experience, were cold when they finally arrived to the table. Our server finally brought the cocktails we ordered. She served two, stopped to have a conversation with the next table and didn’t serve the others until we asked. The ambiance was noisy and kid-driven. Fogo Orlando is a waste of money. ️

I am unable to describe how unbelievably good the food is at this restaurant, words simply fail me in this regard. The staff is friendly, exuberantly so. Truly a pleasure.

Waited almost an hour past the reservation to get seated. Waitress was a glorified drink order taker. No personality, didn’t even give us her name. The cold bar was great but the steaks were slow to make their rotation to our table, there were even some steak waiters that literally walked the dining room with full spears of food and didn’t even stop at a single table. And when it does get there, it was overly salted and over seasoned. Not worth the $$ for the food or service. Never again.

Excellent! Went with a large group. I just ordered the Market Table/Feijoada Bar & it was INCREDIBLE! So many options & all delicious! Meat coming around to others at my table looked delicious. Very friendly servers. Highly recommend!

EVERYTHING comes with the Marketside Table; “salad bar” which is generous for the options at the table and nice with the price of dinner packages and entrees only.

I had the Marketside Table only. At the time of this review $35.00. For me, it was plenty. Protein options; candied bacon (spicy), smoked salmon, chicken salad, sliced deli meats; Salami, Prosciutto & some others that would normally be on a charcuterie board plus cheeses, salad, chowder, fruit, vegetables, ETC.

My husband had the $63.50 table side service cut meats and Marketside Table “experience. ” He enjoyed it. The meat was bland, understandable, everyone has different taste for seasoning. Salt and pepper on the table, otherwise fast carving service, attentive and fresh cuts.

Dessert: Key lime pie was delicious

We celebrated a friends birthday in a party of 10. It was nice the server brought the dessert he ordered with a birthday candle. Everyone had a nice time.

I felt a few servers could have explained the menu options better, there’s an QR code on the bottom of the menu that we found on our own. IMO initial service could have been more welcoming but got better through the evening with shift change. It was a busy night, but service for me, is very important when dining out.

One of the worst experiences I had in the restaurant’s industry. I spoke with one of the associates over the phone before going to get a reservation. The person who answered did not know what she was talking about. First, I told her to reserve me a table for 5 people which apparently she did not. Second, she told me about the new promotion that been going on and offered us stuff over the phone which turned out to be false advertisement when we went to the restaurant. We got to the restaurant and we had to wait 20 minutes for a table because apparently there is no reservation under my name. Moving on, we sat on the table and we asked for one of the promotions that the host offered over the phone. 30 minutes later, no one came by to offer us any meat. They just pass us like we don’t even exist. I spoke with the server and he was like I will let them know to stop by. 10 minutes later, someone came and offer us some meat. Then another 20 minutes with no one coming to our table. I got very frustrated and asked to speak with the manager. Manager Sidney came with an attitude telling us that’s what we have to offer. I told him that the host told me that with this promotion I should be getting multiple kinds of meat. He stated “well sorry about the wrong information that my colleague delivered but that’s what we have to offer and you are more than welcome to leave because we have plenty of customers outside and we need the table”. The manager asked the server to take the plates even though we have not finished eating and drop the check. I had to pay for something that I have not eat. It was my mom’s birthday and they ruined it. We drove 50 minutes to come and eat here with 6 months old baby which is very disappointing. Really bad experience and terrible customer service! Not recommended! They are scammer!

Wait was average as it is for these kind of restaurants. When wake to the table the person who sorted us had to go back twice because she was not sure whether we had a table of not, even though we had been called to the lobby. We Sit there then Ashley comes in (server) barely says much and moves on given we haven't been appropriately been greeted nor have been brought anytime, just kind of says she'll be back but she never does. Another kind guy came by and when asked I said we're waiting on our server that just left but they didn't have much communication amongst themselves that no one really came after to attend to us. When I went to the front to ask what's going on a very rude manager came to the table (white shirt) Brazilian guy, light skinned and aprox 5/8 brown hair and stated talking with an attitude, very harshly. Don't quite understand how someone like this is allowed to serve guest. Needless to say we got up and left.

Amazing food and great service our servers were very accommodating and German was amazing and made sure we got to try everything!

Food was amazing, they will just keep feeding you. Oh man, my jaw was exhausted and I couldn't stop eating. Hahaha. If you're a vegetarian, salad bar would be fine, they have some few selections though. Bread is the starter. Overall, it was great except if there's a big group, the atmosphere isn't great because of the noise. Parking was hard, so just got an Uber.

The house was very crowded and and it was no use having made a reservation, they seated us 40 min later. The place was very cold and they served very little meat. The waiters were friendly but in general the service was very bad.

Will was amazing catering for our family… he did not rush or make us feel unwelcome even though we came in the restaurant late…. He is an amazing employee and also makes amazing drinks at the bar.

Today we went to Fogo de Chão in Orlando to celebrate my son’s birthday! It was crowded but the service was great Jose Hueza and Diogo made our dinner very special! Congrats for the Amazing Service and thanks for the great night.
