8Was in town for the weekend of a sneakers drop, and was very easy to pick up my reservation. Nice store since the renovation.
A lot of variety in sneakers, However, when you go to pay, even when you have already given them your phone number, they force you to share your email to provide you with a receipt, something that does not seem appropriate to me since if I pay for a service, I am entitled to a ticket.the cashiers with a nasty attitude
The service at foot locker for kids and adults located at Florida Mall was amazing, customer service agent David great man, amazing customer service, very helpful, has patience all around amazing. If you need help on getting some new kicks ask for David
Had the shoes my husband wanted and in the right size! I was extremely happy with our shopping experience especially after driving all over Ga looking for these damn shoes!
Jamal at the Millenia mall store needs to be trained again and be a happier person in order to be more attentive and polite to customers. He made me a nasty face when I asked about a product as he pretended not to understand me. Then gave me wrong size shoes that I was buying for someone else. Good thing I made sure before leaving the store.
I'm not sure who sure who put these two dingleberries (Antwan and Lorenzo) to deal with customers. Apparently cursing around customers is appropriate at this location.
It’s a shame that this beautiful big footlocker has such unprofessional employees invest in customer service and your employees because when you walk in there and you got a whole bunch of young people running the store with attitudes and no professionalism I won’t return there. I felt rushed everybody gave me an attitude when I asked them for a different size shoe.
Walked in and got exactly want I wanted and walked out in under 10 min. This place was pretty packed so them being able to help me and check me out is very impressive. This location has a wide selection compared to others I have been to. Overall very happy with my experience.
