STAFF SEEMED LAZY AND NOT ORGANIZED. EXPENSIVE MANY OUTFITS HAVE S, M, L sizes only no XL and not an assortment of Sneaker sizes. I would never purchase anything from this location again. ASK FOR ASSISTANCE THEY JUST AS USELESS AS YOURSELF FINDING STUFF.

I had come to this FootLocker store to make an exchange as the shoes i ordered and had shipped to me were too small. The store member was knowledgeable and made the process easy and painless. Looking forward to receiving the correct sized AirForce1 shoes soon

Every time i go there they never have anything in a size 12 i went there today and asked about 3 different pairs of shoes and the answer was no we only get 2 of 12's it's common size there should be more pairs and then the sales person tells me sorry we are a small store

I’m very upset. I called since this morning asking if they had some shoes in store. They told me that they did and would hold them for me. But as soon as I arrived, they didn’t have them. I was trying to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday.

I call they dont answer the phones. The phone rings and rings no response i show up to the store they don't want to answer no questions just rude.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars in all honesty. This is my second time being at this store within the last week and each time was horrible! Walk in the store and the employees literally look you in the eye and turn their heads, no hello, do you need help with anything, are you looking for any specific shoe in particular, you know, basic customer service.
I've seen several shoes I would have purchased for my entire family, but because of their horrible customer service my husband and I walked out both times we were there.

Easily one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Anthony went out of his way and more to help me find the right running shoes. Not only did he have the patience to answer every one of my questions but he was very knowledgeable when it came to answering them as well.

The customer service at this location = horrible. I called and asked if they had a specific pair of shoes and they had my size. I was just 5 mins away and they stated they had them. The minute we walk in we asked for the shoes and they said it was not available, they were completely sold out. The guy at the register said that no one purchased those specific shoes in the last couple hours, so he genuinely confused. Mind you this is not a high traffic store, so I asked to speak to the associate that told me 5 mins ago that it was available, (Alisha I believe her name was) said that someone bought them within the last 3 mins. She flat out lied and probably kept the shoes in the back for herself. I would've understood if this was true and the shoes were really sold out. But the time table she gave did not add up and the other associates were genuinely confused of what she was saying. I confronted the associate about the misinformation and even with that she did not apologize and kept her "both sizes were sold in the last three minutes" story. She did not admit she lied, and she did not apologize. This is a HORRIBLE experience. I would not recommend this specific location to anyone other than my enemies. It's a shame since it is a beautiful location. But not everything that shines is gold.

I had the best experience found what I needed and more the guy that help me was a guy named Ant he was mad dope knew exactly what I was looking for and more loved his hospitality the place was so neat and clean I would definitely keep coming back

Had one of the best customer service in this store. I was immediately greeted by the employee Anthony. He was very welcoming. Answered all my questions and stayed with me still I found the perfect pair of shoes. He definitely needs a raise or promotion. The store was very clean and organized. Coming back here next time I need anything and hopefully seeing the same employee.

Anthony was great he took his time with me to make sure me and my family got the matching shoes we wanted. He was very detailed oriented knew where everything was in the store and never hesitated one time.he even showed me some clothes that would match with our shoes I would recommend this Footlocker and Anthony to anyone. Thank you Anthony

My son had bought Nike's this past June and already in December the bottoms were worn out. With Nike's warranty I was able to return the shoes to an authorized retailer to exchange them. The sales associate/manger, Freddy, was very understanding and helpful! We had a great experience. My son walked out wearing new Nike's!

Good customer service when you go in store but trying to contact store thru phone to find out if my order had arrive is the most horrible service phone is always busy and when it finally rings nobody answers.so just have to get in my car drive to store to find out order is not there yet. Anybody would pist off dont you think thats the reason customer would like foot locker to answer the phone maybe we dnt have to waist time and gass for NOTHING
