Footopia Foot Spa, Coral Springs FL

I've had back pain/sciatica leg pain for a while now. Down visiting from Montreal and happened to pass in front of their clinic. I'm 45 years old old. I have been to chiropractor/acupuncture/ostéopathe and some. On one hour Tony single handly resolved my pain. I highly recommended and going back tomorrow to make sure I'm good before flying back home. Absolutely the best,

7pm my massa technician waS not qualified.the massage tec6 with my daughter had to tell her what to do.how to do it and it was so obvious she had no skill no experience.my daughter and I had the same package and her massage and experience was completely different.
I'm positive the massage technician was not trained. I was left unattended on the massage table for long periods of time.each side of my body was not treated the same. I regret not saying anything.

I’m not usually one to write a review but i had a very interesting experience today. My husband booked me an hour for back and feet. This was my first experience here so i wasn’t sure what to expect. Unfortunately the man doing the massage kept falling asleep. He would massage for a couple seconds, stop the massage but keep his hands on my body, snore and jerk awake! It was very interesting and honestly i felt very uncomfortable. He massaged one foot for a good 15 minutes and the other for maybe 3 before the time was up. I wouldn’t go back!

Really disappointed with the service today. Me and my husband went for half an hour spa but we only got 20 min. Our service started at 6: 04 and we were done at 6: 24. Only for 15 min they gave us for service. They were more interested in people coming for 1 Hour service. I have been coming to this place for so many years but very Disappointed this time. They were overbooked.

I look forward to this delightful indulgence whenever I'm in Florida. Absolutely heavenly. Just wish they were in my hood.

So I made an appointment for 6, arrived by 545 and they briefly tried to sell me the upgrade more expensive and told me to sit down. Nothing nice up to this point, but then after I was on time they made me wait past my appointment time and had a lady that came after me go in first so I politely canceled my appointment and left.

The service was really nice and very profesional
I give 5 stars because I feel like so great I recoment this spa? ‍️ and you gone to love the people who make you feel great

Before the massage started the technician spilled water all over me. They offered me shorts to wear and said they would dry my pants. They were literally soaking wet.

I tried to enjoy the massage but he was very rough and kept talking to his co worker. When it was over I asked for my pants back. The girl giggled and was embarrassed and said she forgot to turn the dryer on. When paying in wet pants I left a smaller tip than was “suggested” and the cashier literally yelled at me. Won’t go back most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered.

Everything was great before! Anna is an excellent massage therapist and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I left feeling so relaxed and can't wait to go back! Highly recommended!

Ana the lady that works in the front desk is very rude and has no matters to talk to customers. Another reason I do not recommend this place as they cheat with the time. I once timed it and they gave me 51 min instead of 60 min foot massage. I used to go to this place at least ones a week, now I go somewhere else as
this place has change to a bad experience since Ana works there.

Establishment was clean my wife and I went together didn’t know what to expect. We both had knots sore muscles and other issues and it was a wonderful experience well worth it we’ll do it again. Highly recommend this place.

I came here for a relaxing experience and based on the review, I thought I’d give it a try. During our visit, 2 masseuse was touching each other and giggling with each other inappropriately. I tried to relax and think positive about the experience but I couldn’t get myself to. I left very disappointed because of my bad experience and with how unprofessional they were. I believe in second chances and might come back. I believe in supporting the locals in my local community. I hope management of this place keep a close eye on those two individuals. But based on the massage itself, it wasn’t all that great neither. I’ve been to better foot reflexology places.

Been to a few foot massage spas in the Coral Springs and the surrounding area. They have truly kicked it up a notch. Looks very professional as well as feeling like a spa. The massage I received was excellent as well as the pricing.

I like this place a lots, they are very professional for what they do, also very clean and friendly, I highly recommend it

Wow is all I can say. This was an amazing birthday gift. My boyfriend had purchased a couple massage for both of us. Out of all of the massage places we called, this was one was the most friendliest, professional in answering all of my questions. When I got there, the owner Anna was so so sweet, she actually remembered it was my birthday and they all said happy birthday? The massage itself actually included hot stones which is very rare. My massage therapist Ava was so very good. I felt like I was on cloud nine after my massage, and so did my boyfriend. I would Recommend this place to any one looking to have a relaxing massage in a clean well kept professional environment. Thank you Anna, Ava, and staff of Footopia!

I purchased my mother a gift card here and they closed for a few months prior to COVID. My mother and I went to use it today as we felt
comfortable with COVID being more under control and we were informed it had expired. There is no date on the GC or the GC envelope I was given but still the owner refused to honor the gift card. As a Parkland resident and a paying customer who has been here a few times before I am extremely disappointed in the way in which my mother and I were treated.
