Horrible customer service. Our visit was through tele health and switch to another service provider through telemedicine as they don’t have technicians in house. They Lost my glasses in the mail. After many months, they never refunded because they were awaiting the pair lost in delivery. Still awaiting any response or refund from November.

Second time getting an exam and buying lenses from here. Great customer Service! Marlene and Lamia were very helpful in get custom lenses fitted to my frames! Excellent spot for lenses and frames in general!

Went to the Feasterville store yesterday to purchase new glasses. Marlene was a wonderful person to deal with. She was very informative I found out I could have saved 85.00 for the script I had obtained from my eye doctor’ s office hard lesson learned. She was very professional, pleasant person. Both ladies were a pleasure to speak with. Marlene everything that we were able to understand I would highly recommend this Feasterville office in the Giant shopping center to anyone. My insurance coved most of the cost and I do not need to turn it into the insurance company. They do all the work. Thank you Marlene for a wonderful experience.

This place is one of the best facilities one can encounter the equipment is state of the art for eyes there are many departments as well as equipment that handle the eyes like no one has ever experienced we came in on a Monday thinking we need an appointment they took us immediately and ran all the tests by the end you felt secure with a new pair of glasses that you can see out of I recommend this to everyone and every age it's tops we will return thank you for your professionalism Marlene and Cheryl

I have been going to For Eyes Feasterville-Trevose location for a few years now. Every visit has been positive! I went yesterday and Cheryl and Marlene greeted me with smiles as they always do! They are professional, helpful and a great asset to For Eyes. I also met Dr. Todd Smith who is professional, friendly, and knows his profession very well. He's smart and easy to work with and explains everything very well about what he sees during the eye exam. He is very detailed with explaining an update on your vision. This office staff is the very best! I will continue to always go there for my exams and contact lenses. Great staff! The office is always clean and sanitary as well.

Both ladies that work here are amazing and accommodating when it comes to finding a frame that looks well. Been getting my frames here for about 3 years now and plan on continuing to do so for the foreseeable future.

The technician-store manager and district manager provided excellent service and/or information. I was very impressed with the customer service, high-tech and exceptionally clean environment, as well as the expertise conveyed to me about optometry and the extensive array of eyeglass and other vision options! Furthermore, I received a comprehensive examination via sophisticated vision-evaluation equipment and gracious in-store guidance with my results sent immediately to a remote physician who communicated with me by way of a huge screen capable of displaying interior and exterior images of my eyes. The doctor was responsive, communicative and explanatory, attributes that made the experience even more meaningful. Finally, I was pleased to order very sharp eyeglasses at special rates that had my wallet grinning with gratitude!

From my exam to my eyeglass selection Marlene Jones was not only pleasant and friendly but very helpful in all respects.

People were nice but they gave me a price of over 1000 dollars for two pair of glasses then when I said I would leave they lowered the price to 750. Give me a real price first! That is deceptive.
