My girlfriend and I stopped in the other night for a quick dinner and some drinks. It was Saturday night so we expected a long wait. We decided to sit at the outside bar and I’m so glad we did. The bar was packed but luckily Ryan S. Was behind the bar. He handled the crowd extremely well all while giving every customer the attention they deserved. The food came out quick and let me tell you it was delicious. The reasoned we stayed so long thought was because of Ryan. My gf has never had a mojito she liked until last night. She is now hooked. Idk what he is putting in those things but we definitely be back for more!

Came in with my family and had the most amazing experience because of our server, Lea! Great atmosphere and food as well.

When we arrived the place was alive with sounds of laughter. The atmosphere was fun and joyful. I asked (Mandi) The young lady at the front counter for a recommendation and boy oh boy she didn’t disappoint. She happily recommended the BBQ brisket burger. The wait was short and once seated the wait staff was fast to respond with our drink order. Our order was then promptly taken and precisely executed. Drinks were refilled promptly and all the amazingly delicious food was consumed. So quickly in fact I forgot to take a picture. We will be returning for another round of delicious food and joyous atmosphere. Also a side note the decor was amazing even the restroom decor was on point.

The entire staff at this Ford’s location is awesome. I really enjoy coming here. It’s always a bonus when Mandi is working. Mandi is down to earth cool and super friendly!

I sat at the outside bar for lunch. Danielle was very attentive, and made great conversation. She recommended the BBQ Brisket Burger and it was spot on. 10/10 recommended.

Ford’s Garage at UTC’s food is really good…. Especially hamburgers and their chili. The best part is enjoying the bartender Joey, he is hands down the Best! You need to go and sit at Joey’s bar and you’ll get it!

Amazing food! Ambient environment! Friendly staff. Especially Mandi! She greeted us when we walked in which such a positive energy it set the vibe for the whole dinner experience!

Arrived right at 5 along with everyone else in Sarasota, but we did have a call ahead time. Mandi did a great job of working through the waiting crowd and had us seated right at our time.

The burgers are consistently great. Estate burger on a pretzel bun, medium, is the best burger out there.

My boyfriend took me to Fords garage for the 1st time a couple days ago & the fords burger was delicious. Mandi was hard at work making sure we were taken care of

There's usually a wait at on the weekends and Mandi was very helpful in organizing that process to get my party of 10 figured out in a timely manner.

Service was prompt and the food was great! It was a fun casual spot for a meal.
