13 I do not approve if technical people, ordered by us and paid by us, check AC in our apartment and share information with our tenants. That gives wide open door to them to demand, and it is not supposed to be like that. Person who had installed AC in another unit of ours in Itopia did the same and was reminded not to do it, but it happened again.
Please check AC, investigate come up with conclusion, but please do not share it with our tenants. Just say that they will be informed by us, owners.
I will appreciate if you follow this in the future.

I call Forest Air and Heat owner on Wednesday night that my rental property heating system isn't working. He send technician on Thursday morning to fix the problem. Job was done around 3pm after technician went to Tampa to pick up part and did installation. Charge for work was very reasonable. Thank you Forest Air.
Forest Air Conditioning & Heating provided a quick response for my service call. The Technician provided excellent service and continually updated me during the service call.

I have worked with maintenance, installation and repair. All crews are well, trained, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Forest Air
Fan motor bad. No part available. Part to be ordered. Will be 4 day wait for part. Unit still under warranty. Member of Cool Club, but $35 diagnostic fee charged (I thought as a member, the fee was waived). Will still be charged for Part Replacement and installation.
After 4 day wait, wrong part. Have been under heat advisories for 4 days. We are senior citizens. This is so dangerous for our health. Unknown when correct part will be available. Not happy. Why is distributor sending 2020 part for a 2015 fan blower? Have taken picture of both parts, you can definitely see the difference. If part not available and is under a 12 year warranty, then an entire new unit should replace my AC Heat Pump unit! I will be contacting tv media if this is not resolved immediately.
