11Everything good just don't like that, you cant use the card you paid with to identify the purchase and able to get a refund that you must have your receipt present.
Forever 21 has good cheap clothing. Please do not expect them to last long. And if you wash them make sure they are on delicate.
Nice clothing but at nearly 30 I can say forever21 is not what it implies to be lol I think it's a great place for teens to shop, and get to figure out their fashion. They do have some great basic pieces that I do like to grab every once in a while other than that, I'll look forward to come back with my daughter when she's old enough!
I love this forever 21. The employees are helpful and kind. They know where everything is. They carry the most popular clothes in store
It’s a really nice place. It has clean clothes. Even though one time I went there my sister had a piece of clothing my mom was gonna buy me but she put it on a hanger and left it there for she can go in the fitting room. And someone stole it.
Total scam a shirt back to the store because it had a hole in it and because it has been more than 30 days not even store credit and I bought it at regular price be aware poor quality worse customer service
Horrible service, I saw an item that was up on one of the maniquens and I asked where the the item was stationed. NOBODY seemed to know where the item was. The girl just went around 2 racks and said we don't have it. If they sold out they should take the item down. I'm sure they had it but were too lazy to look. I walked the store twice wasted my time with no help.
When an employee throws the receipt at you I say that's bad service management take action great store that service
My experience was so bad becouse they sold products in bad conditions. We try to exchange for a good one. They said no returns no exchange. I only used 1 time a pair of shoes. The leather broke. Never go to this store.
Not enough space for the selection on mens clothes. Also, nobody offered me any help and I shop at forever 21 at least twice a month all over the USA.
