Forever Love Puppies Pembroke Pines

After coming from a very bad experience from Petland, me, my dad and mom came here. I went to the one in kendall few weeks before and fell very satisfied with how friendly, helpful, knowledge and clean everyone and everything is. Pembroke was the same! Daisy and the girls were wonderful at not just doing their job but at helping me choose a puppy to be my future service animal, can't begin to express how happy I am, plus after we called and the girl Gaby answered our questions and was very helpful! Only pet store I'll ever recommend! You guys truly show other pet stores like Petland how It's done! The love the girls I met have for the puppies is amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! <3

Very small; I had an appointment, and nobody would help us. We probably would’ve bought a puppy from here had someone helped us even a little. We were confused had many questions but didn’t feel comfortable asking anybody there. And we had an appointment. ‍️

Tengo que decir que es la mejor tienda de perros en todos los sentidos, lo más que pudimos ver y sentir fue lo bien que tratan a los perros y lo bien que los cuidan y el cariño que les brindan, estamos muy agradecidos con cada uno de ellos los que trabajan en la tienda, compramos un Goldendoodle en la tienda de Pembroke Pines. I have to say that it is the best dog shop in every way, the most we could see and feel was how well they treat dogs and how well they take care of them and the love they give them, we are very grateful to each of they. He works them in the store, we bought a Goldendoodle at the Pembroke Pines store. Excellent store! We would recommend her to anyone who wants to have a new member in the family. With all my heart THANK YOU for everything!

This is our first purchase at this company. We think that they come fully potty trained. We are so happy with our purchase. Great staff too. Don't be afraid to ask questions they are very knowledgeable. They shampoo and dry the puppy before they hand them to you when you're taking the puppy. Were so happy.

DO NOT BUY, THIS PLACE SELLS SICK PUPPIES, Please I already had my experience and it wasn't the best one. My pup was coughing since the first day we bought him and vomiting, He is dehydrated and wont even walk, I had to spend $1000 dollars at the vet the next day we got him. Please for the love of God, don't throw away your money like that. Corrupt place, corrupt people.

Forever Puppies is an amazing place with lots of options for a new pet. We decided on a Boston Terrier she is a loving, happy, and playful dog. The staff was so helpful and ensured that we got exactly what we want. I would recommend anyone to get a puppy from here.

We were looking for our forever furry friend and were so extremely happy to have found here here at Forever Puppies! We had a great experience on site and even after our purchase. Thankfully our puppy is very healthy and happy! Would definitely recommend to others! High expectations!

Literally the worst place to buy a puppy, they lie to get you to buy and then when you call they leave you on hold and when you finally get them on the phone after days of trying, they hang up on you to send this message to send complaints to their email that they do not even respond to

We are extremely happy with our Shihtzu puppy. We’ve had him for a year already and he’s happy, healthy and very playful. Definitely the love of our lives!

I got my puppy here a few months ago and was very satisfied with the help of the staff and prices were reasonable and they helped with the process of financing my puppy. Was so happy with it I came back again and got another puppy! Since i was a returning customer they even gave me a nice little discount. Highly recommended

Forever love puppies they are a nice pet shop but this particular occasion seems to be run down and it is in a very poor neighborhood neighborhood very poor neighborhood is not very well kept kept does not smell very clean as soon as you walk in period I was recently at this petshop looking at a boxer to use As a service dog. Upon arrival and looking at the dog was obviously mixed with something. The sales people said he was not mixed with anything Annie was a pure red boxer I highly disagree. And when I asked for papers on the parents in such they said they had no information. Subsequently I did not take the dog as they were not very knowledgeable and wouldn't ask to take the dog outside to see if the dog wouldn't work with the wheelchair they had to get the owner's permission. I have never heard of that mind tire life as I could not get in the playbox to play with the dog or check the dog to see if he would take to my wheelchair. This place is not very 80A friendly and should be fined by the And/or state for several 88 violations. This past week also I've visited another location Whit's another location which had the dog's information in place of origin where the dog came from as this place was in compliance and was much cleaner. One of the things where asked where the dog came from they said they could not give me that information that is not true at this of the location the paperwork was on the outside of the window and I was able to speak with that breeder directly. If you're such a successful business maybe you should follow the practices and procedures set by by your compand by your company or business it's kind of funny you visit 3 different locations and they look 3 different ways however each place was in several Ada violations

I bought my puppie there a yellow lab and it was a nice experience; people were very friendly and gave me all details for my new dog including a list of vet where I selected one and still today it’s my vet!

The customer service was great. We went into the store fell in love with our amazing puppy and the paperwork was quick. I can’t thank you enough. We got our puppy when he was / months old and now he is 4 months and super healthy.

Very helpful in getting out little Pomeranian girl! We had jay help us out and explain everything about our dog! Very good service and very friendly. They were able to manage to lower the price down and we got her for a good price. I would recommend for anyone looking for good quality pups.

All the staff were friendly and helpful and made the whole process so easy for us. We’re forever thankful for them because they gave us our little bundle of joy. Their prices were a little higher than most others and they were slow to get us info about his parents/breeders which for the price we hoped they would have more readily available, but we have no regrets with our pooch. He is happy and healthy!

I bought my french bulldog from Forever Love Puppies Pembroke Pines. The customer service was great and I found the most precious puppy. After browsing a few pet stores and talking to a few breeders I was able to find the best prices at this location.

Came here after a horrible experience at another pet store. All the employees clearly love their job and animals and the puppies all seem cared for. Took home a 2 month old German Shepard and a girl there told me I was taking her baby and I better take care of her. Got a call a couple days later checking in. Highly recommend this shop!
