I am not one to write negative reviews online. I usually go to the bird road location and Coral Gables. The girls there are great and I have never had an issue. I was in the Kendall area and decided to go to that location. That was my first mistake. Besides one of the girls from the other location that I recognized, the lady that took care of me barely even greeted me. She was clearly in a bad mood. I asked for a dusty rose/mauve type color, and I informed her D&D doesn’t last on my nails. It chips within days. I requested the other brand I typically use. She clearly didn’t care, after I sat down for my pedicure I realized that there was an entire wall of that brand. I picked a different color then we began with my pedicure the attitude this woman had, barely said two words to me and everything I requested seemed to be an issue. That’s not the worst part, we then started my manicure. No water. She was very rough. I am amazed she didn’t cut my cuticles wrong. She was clearly having allergies rubbing her nose repeatedly, and continuing my manicure. Wash your hands lady! I felt helpless. After all that, I decided to mention a coupon. I found online. Another mistake on my part. I showed it to the front desk which informed me basically it was wrong and that they give it to customers after they write a review for their next visit. False advertisement.

I love Lucia, she’s precise and efficient, I always go with her. I like that they have very flexible hours.
