The instructor we had, Eric, was very good. Explained everything clearly and answered our questions accordingly. Also took the extra time to show them people that never were on a forklift how to operate it. Wonderful experience.

Eric was very informative and really aided me in understanding the seriousness of safely operating of a forklift as well as the possibility of casualties and fatalities! I honestly downplayed the causalities that a simple class 1 forklift can cause…an unloaded forklift weighing as much as 3 cars? ! This really heightened my sense of awareness whenever operating a forklift!
