Had the penne Bolognese! Was delicious. The gnocchi was ok. Had to wait a while for our wine but overall service was great. Nice restaurant. Will be back

I have to say this is top shelf. The owner, staff and even the patrons were so assume. The food was delicious. If in clearwater this you must try. I will be back for sure.

Ciao Italia! Gotta love and encourage a true family owned restaurant. Is it perfect? No way. Is it awesome? Absolutely! And that's all I need to endorse, recommend and plan go back again. (Tired of the impersonal corporate venues.)

I have been with friends not quite recently and I must say that we had a really good time, excellent food, excellent atmosphere, a bit long service, a bit noisy environment. We will definitely be back!

I am not the person to normally leave reviews coming from the service industry myself, but I felt I had to at least let people who are considering spending their hard-earned money here what the experience was like (please consider elsewhere).

Straight to the point - The food is pre-made, ready to be warmed up, or close to it. I'm almost positive the broccoli that came with my dish was thawed from a frozen bag, and the overall salmon dish itself ($30 dollar appetizer) was comparable to a microwave meal. The sauce on our pasta entree ($27) absolutely came from a can. Extremely disappointing for a place that is priced mid-higher tier on the fine dining scale.

The place was also understaffed, as we dined on a Friday night that didn't seem overly packed at all, and the service unfortunately suffered for that.

The pros - Bread was solid, hostess and bus boy were nice and attentive. That's about it.

Again, I strongly consider finding a different place, as the experience here does not match the prices.

Super disappointed, our anniversary and my husband put a lot of effort into this special night. My meal (the special) was terrible and I ate 1 bite and the owner didn’t do anything to make it right.

Do not recommend, we live local and will warn everyone. Go anywhere else in Clearwater beach but here!

Highlight of our trip to Clearwater! Really friendly staff, and good food (huge difference from the fast food-y feel of most Clearwater Beach restaurants). Definitely worth at least one dinner on your trip.

Food comes out hot and delicious! They don't put parsley or any decorations on the food because they don't have too! Osso bucco #1

Great food and service. The mushrooms, peppers, spinach and mozzarella appetizer is awesome. Veal chop Milanese was on point. Large wine list to round out the perfect meal.

WOW! We just had possibly the best Italian meal we’ve ever experienced. The lasagna was to die for. It was so so good. My fiancé had the gnocchi which was also delicious.

So this place is so incredibly confused!

From the outside it looked like a nice fine dining Italian restaurant and the menu posted seemed the same with prices I’d expect to see at the fine dining Italian restaurants I frequent in NY.

Once inside and seated though the fine dining portion disappears quickly!

Like I said we liked the look from the outside so the wife and I decided to give it a try.

We were seated by a super friendly hostess and handed wine and spirits lists.

Credit where credit is due both were great. As a bourbon drinker I was super impressed with their whisky menu old forester, four roses small batch and etc

However this is where the positives end.

My wife who is a very light eater order the caprese app and I ordered the pasta bolognese. When ordering my wife was informed that because she only ordered an app she wasn’t to receive any bread. We thought the waitress was kidding till she came back a short while later with a single roll for me. And then she proceeded to watch like a hawk to make sure I wasn’t sharing said roll because then my wife’s appetizer would become a dinner and they’d charge $5 additional for it as per the menu. I was in disbelief.

When the food came out we got the second shocker my wife caprese was $15 and consisted of 1 slice of tomato cut in four and one slice of mozzarella cut in four and some balsamic it literally fit on a small bread plate.

Btw absolutely zero flavor the worst mozzarella I’ve ever had and the balsamic had no flavor either.

My pasta was served on a medium salad plate and had maybe a single scoop of bolognese sauce on it. Keep in my the prices my pasta was $25 ish - I will say the flavor here was good though.

Best part of the whole meal though was when my wife asked for a soda and this fine dining establishment brought a can of coke to the table poured half and left it sitting there.

We were then rushed the entire meal waitress tried to take my plate before I was done eating, never got asked if I wanted another drink, water wasn’t refilled and the check was dropped while my wife was still eating her food. Literally they pushed us out in 45 min For $63 and basically nothing it was so disappointing

Please for the love of god do not eat here!

Food was not great. Chicken parm was tenders with cheese and sauce.
Salad was lettuce and a slice of tomato.
Bare minimum and way over priced.

Food was very good. Not sure I would recommend for large parties as their "system is very old" and apparently can not split the check individually.

Visiting here from Baltimore and was craving Italian, randomly picked this spot and it did not disappoint! Food was amazing and came out very quickly. Best part was the excellent customer service from our server Chris! Will absolutely come back if in town again

We have been coming to Clearwater Beach since 2004 just to have dinner here. Forlini's is the real deal if you are looking for really great food with terrific ambiance. Their "Lobster Sinatra" is off the charts! This is a "don't miss" for foodies. Whether it was just us or with a group of friends, never had a bad meal here. They also have a great wine list! Cheers!
