10Staff are the friendliest you'll ever meet. It's the perfect place to come and stay while you're visiting for services, or hang out on the weekends as a local. The restaurants are some of the best in the downtown area, and everyone there is helpful and happy!
Religious discrimination! I tried to book this hotel for a vacation since it's listed as a public hotel online but was told I needed to be a member of a specific religion to book. I have never heard of such a thing, like the Marriott is owned by Latter Day Saints but they still allow anyone to stay. It's sad this piece of Florida history is behind a wall of Religious discrimination, I thought this was 2021 not the 1960s.
This place is beautiful - inside and out. It is also just dripping with service from dress up dining to quick bites in the cafe.

All the rooms are very nice and the lobby is beautiful. Pool is awesome too! The staff are so nice and they help with anything you need. Truly an awesome place.
I had a wonderful experience. Super friendly staff, fantastic food, wonderful atmosphere. They have live music almost every night.
Also, watching graduation was so much fun. I've stayed in the Oak Cove which was also amazing, but you can't beat the convenience of being able to walk across the sky bridge for services.

I attended the Grandparents Pre-valentine's Day Gala at this hotel. There service was excellent.
Being that I'm a Christian, as was the majority of the attendees at this event and this is the Scientology Flagship, I really didn't know what to expect from the hotel staff. But I can honestly say service was nothing short of excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They wouldn't even allow me to tip the valet. Trust me, I tried.
Didn't get to explore or experience hotel as a guest but as a visitor in the grand ballroom that held 500 people, with a stage and a wonderful buffet style dinner. It was beautiful.
