From a person that had polio as a baby. I met many Dr.s in my life. But i nust say. Being the son of a Dr. Dr Srock is one of the most knowiidgable and caring Dr.s who I had the pleasure of working with hes understanding and bedside manors are number 1. As far as im cocerned. Very happy. And. Oh and The Drs compasion is superb.the staff Specially Vanessa. And the staff are so proffesional. I would recomend them any time. Ty so much for your care.

PT. Ronnie and Marta are the most patient, gentle and expérience therapist ever meet. Also the X- ray technician Robert Judi is the best.

From the moment I walked into the office it was apparent that the staff was attentive and competent. All precautions were taken regarding Covid making the office a safe, welcoming environment.

I went from X Ray to speaking with a physician in a very brief time period. Essentially, I was not kept waiting for the results which were clearly explained to me by a PA.

On my second visit Dr. Schrock spent considerable time with me explaining in further detail the extent of my injury and the prognosis. Not only was he informative, he was kind and reassuring as well. The combination of those traits as well as the manner in which the office is managed, made for a very positive experience.

I would highly recommend this medical practice.

Dr Shrock is Fantastic! Four months ago for no apparent reason I lost the use of my left hand middle “Trigger Finger” and thought it was Dupuytren's Contracture after I saw the John ElwayTV commercials. I was referred to a highly rated hand specialist who turned out to be a bull in a China shop and gave me the most painful shot I’ve ever had in my life. He didn’t bother to freeze my hand with lidocaine or reduce the cc’s of the injection. Worst experience ever. Once the treatment wore off and my finger went back to where it started I called several doctors to find one that would listen to my experience and guarantee me it wouldn’t be repeated.
I was fortunate enough to speak with Dr. Shrock's Office they guaranteed my experience would be pleasant and professional. Dr. Shrock’s bedside manner was excellent, he took his time to explain the process in complete detail and along with his PA Brittany he injected my hand with a numbing medication before the painful shot which turned out not to be that painful, just a little short sting. I highly recommend him to anyone that doesn’t enjoy painful needles stuck in their hands and fingers!

Went here based on reviews read. Very disappointed. Filled out pre-check info on line and even received an acknowledgment. I had to leave work early for this appointment. Arrived10 mins before my appointment which was 2: 30pm. After waiting 25 minutes I told them I had to go back to work and I'd wait 5 additional minutes. Also, they made me fill out paperwork that included duplicate information that I completed successfully in my pre-check. My time is valuable also! I left and they could care less- waste of my time. Ive noticed this is common in So Fl.doctor's do not adhere to their schedule. I understand 10-15 minutes late but 30 minutes or more. Heck no. Mutual respect. Ciao! On a side note, for such a highly rated ortho, how about you spend some $ on that 1970s office!

As a fellow physician I cannot say enough great things about this man. First of all he has the greatest credentials. He trained variously at Yale and Harvard. I had the dreaded dominant arm shoulder replacement. I had almost no pain and at 2 weeks my shoulder function is amazing. It doesn't get any better than this guy and I am honored to have him as my orthopedic surgeon.

Extremely satisfying experience at this office.

I was unfortunately misdiagnosed at HollyCross hospital what started off as a little random foot swelling with bruising and LOTS of pain in my calf muscles and foot. Hollycross hospital just did a xray the dr came in & said umm? I think you have a fracture bone in your foot. He put me in a soft cast gave me crutches and said find a orthopedic Doctor and rushed me out the hospital. Fast forward to 1 month later still unable to walk with the entire leg swollen from my pelvis to my toes in extreme pain I finally got a appointment with Dr. Matthew Wells at this office he squeezed me in his schedule last minute. I was so sick, dizzy shortness of breath in extreme pain. He took one look at me & said you have blood clots. His office rushed me to the hospital & confirmed I had a massive blood clot in my left leg and it broke off into both lungs. I was admitted to the hospital for 2 weeks & Dr. Matthew Wells was kind enough to check on me a few times. I'm very grateful for him & his amazing staff at his office I would have died that same day if it wasn't for him. I lost a entire month at work & still currently recovering & I am on permanent blood thinner meds for the rest of my life but I am so.blessed to have met him and his staff. I will recommend this office to everyone! Thank you Dr. Matthew Wells.

Staff showed to be very unhelpful as I tried to seek this surgeon's help to do a surgery needed for my shoulder but I'm a pro cyclist from the Caribbean. They expected me to fly up to do a visit before giving ANY information or allowing me to pass on my test results to the doctor. I even offered to pay for an over the phone consultation.

Having surgery is never a “fun” experience.
Dr. Shrock and his team made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Doc Shrock is a very intelligent and skilled Orthopedic Surgeon. He knew exactly what was wrong with my shoulder and tried all non surgical techniques before we determined surgery was the only option. Front desk and nurses are also very nice. I highly recommend Dr. Shrock. Keep up the good work!

All the doctor know what they are doing and are very much good. That's the only reason I go there because they know what they are doing.

He is not only extremely smart, but equally as genuine and concerned for his patient's well being. A lovely person.

Great doctor, and I have been to MANY orthapedic surgeons, even the staff was great and let me know all my copays for different exams.

Long wait in office, but staff was helpful and courteous. Dr. Shrock does his time with you and is not in a rush. He's very intelligent and knows his stuff. I would recommend. He's worth the wait.

I had pain in my knee since surgery 6 yrs ago! It was always same answer and never a solution in sight!
Took me so long to finally see Dr. Shrock!
Lo and behold, my knee has doubled down in size and no pain! Just have to make sure that I keep great posture and exercise!

As a physician myself i know first hand who is the best. Dr Shrock is very well credentialed and has a nice personality to match.

If you don't mind waiting in a waiting room then this is your doc. 1st appt 1 12 hour wait, 2nd appt 1 1/4 hr late i walked out, scheduled a 3rd appt at 8 am and was told I was his 2nd appt of the day 45min wait, 4 appt waited 1 hr and walked out. Very inconsiderate.

Comparing Orthopaedic care My first visit were very welcoming with most staff even though waiting period or long and worth the wait the Doctor Ortho very Professionally nice and concern when you being not sure.
