This turned out to be a last minute fix because I picked the wrong town Alva OK.lol and they came to the rescue! I ordered it late Hawaii time (6 hours later than us already closed for the day) and my sister in law got them next day at 9: 30! I couldn't be happier with what she received and the speed in which it was handled!

My wife and I were celebrating our 59th wedding anniversary and were planning to get away for a short beach vacation but had to cancel due to a medical problem we had. So I asked Diane Lake what I could do with a special flower arrangement.

Great local place to send my parents flowers for special occasions. The flowers always look fresh and are delivered insanely fast from the order time.

Best florist to do business with, period. I have ordered flowers out of state for many years. I tried FMF for the 1st time in May for a very special day. For reasons beyond their control, there was a delivery issue. When it was brought to the manager’s attention, she immediately took charge and personally called me. She didn’t just rectify it—she completely went beyond the call of duty to compensate in a way that made a not-so-good experience far greater than my original expectations—which made everyone very happy! I wouldn’t give a second thought to trusting Ft. Myers Florist with any order. They respect the customer and have restored my faith in an honest business to work with. A million thank-yous to the very nice, kind store manager!

I originally gave them 1 star because of an ordering problem with their email subscription service, but they reached out right away and made everything right. I'm so impressed with their customer service that I will always use them to send flowers to my mom in Fort Myers. Well done!

The staff here went above and beyond the day before Mother’s Day to send an arrangement to my grandma after another florist canceled on me last minute. I am so happy with my local flower delivery in Fort Myers!

Worst experience ever! Called to make an order and was placed on hold for almost 20 mins and then the number hung up. I called back several more times and was met each time with please hold and back into queue i went. You’ve permanently lost my business. What horrible customer service.

FM Florist saved our day! I ordered flowers (from another florist) a week in advance for delivery on Friday. Not only did the florist NOT deliver on Friday but I received a text message from the florist Saturday morning at 900am PST stating they had a “technical glitch” and won’t be delivering at all. Grrrrr! We then called FM Florist and they were so kind and so helpful! They said they would put together a Designer Choice Bouquet and deliver it that day. They fulfilled their promise and my mother in law loved her flowers! Thank you so much for fulfilling your promise! We will always use as our florist in Fort Myers!

Incredible! Fort Myers Florist saved the day when another florist sent us a message saying they couldn't complete our Mothers Day order.at 3: 00PM on Saturday! Beautiful floral store with everything from bridal decorations/flowers to simple occasions or small bouquets/plants. Amazingly decorated Christmas store in back part of store with the most amazing trees and decorations I've ever seen. Family owned and operated with attention to detail and can guarantee your expectations will be easily topped with each and every order placed as they truly are the best and prettiest floral shop in the Fort Myers area, all while maintaining fair/reasonable costs.

They delivered quick and wowed the recipient with an amazing bouquet. The person who took my phone order was pleasant and helpful. It was my first time ordering flowers from any florist in Fort Myers and my choice was driven first by ability to deliver to my destination. They more than exceeded my expectations.

[Orig] They basically delivered a dead plant to me today for mother's day. I had to drive in Fort Myers traffic to get any sort of reimbursement. It was supposed to be a gift from my daughter, but they didn't offer a refund, only more dead mums in trade or I could apply the credit and pay out of pocket for something more expensive. NOT how I wanted to celebrate my day. I would give the experience negative stars if I could. What a downer.

Normally, they have helpful and nice people working there, but Yesterday there was an old female employee, her behavior was not at all, what I am used there, I left without buying!

Mom's birthday and I am in Europe. Ordered birthday flowers very early morning Florida time and delivery was made before 12pm, same day! Impressive. Appreciated the delivery confirmation email.
