Fort Myers Men's Clinic robbed me of $1590.
I was in Fort Myers in Summer of 2022 to get some help for a serious medical condition, and while there I also sought help from Fort Myers Men's Clinic to get HCG to boost my testosterone levels to help with my neck injury. We agreed on a USD 1590$ plan that would get me HCG for at least a year and that they would ship it to me. It was all very clear, no ambiguity there. Fast forward 8 months later, I still haven't recieved anything from them, except for the first vial which they handed out on in person in the first month while I was there. They didn't answer an e-mail I sent them explaining the situation, and when I called them they said they never subscribed me for more than 6 months, that they don't ship and basically they won't give me any HCG even if I come in because my plan expired 6 months after subscribtion for whatever reason. While on the phone they hung up on me after waiting for around 20 minutes while paying for an international phone call. Anyhow, if they couldn't fulfill their promises they should have told me first and I would have understood and not give them $1590 for a single vial of HCG that lasts 2-3 months.
TL;DR I wasted $1590 because of what seems like some honest mistake on their part but they wouldn't make up for it, so in the end I just lose my money.
Horrible experience. The front office desk was kind. The visit was filled with inconsistencies and inability to complete procedures. I left the office extremely upset. In particular, the technician drawing blood was harsh and unfriendly. He showed zero compassion or a willingness to accommodate simple requests. Upon talking with the front desk team after entry, I was so hopeful for a quality visit. It turned very negative quite quickly after passing the waiting area. After the visit, I discovered all of the complaints from the Better Business Bureau. Please do research for even walking in the door.
