I made and apptmnt and due to traffic. I was 5 minutes late. The doctor had left. I had confirmed the day before. I was livid. I would not see this doctor if he was the last man on earth. This was atrocious behavior.
Dr. Moll is friendly, caring, and always tries to help with any issue I'm having (even on a weekend). There is NEVER a long wait. I've been under his care for 15+ years. I highly recommend Fort Pierce Vision Care to anyone looking for a great eye Doctor.
This place want to just et money out of you. Had insurance that covers everything never had a issue then I come here and they want me to pay 250 out of pocket went right down the street and had no issue getting my child glasses
The customer services here is terrible for some reason whenever you speak to anyone here they act as if they are not there to help you as if your are there to assist them in making money and it’s plain business and nothing personal. Well my eyes are personal to me I’m have issues with my eyes for the first time in my life and I can’t see things. For whatever reason when I call the lady who answered does not give you any kindness. Your office needs a nicer phone operator and more compassionate employees.
