7Just got out of here. This is my favorite store. I always come here to shop! The girls are great, they don't push sales, the give u space to admire everything.
I just got a fossil watch and it was sized too small, received as a gift but assumed I could get it resized, boy was I wrong. I drove around town from watch stores to Fossil stores as I am local I knew where to go for extra links for the band. Mrs. Holly and Mrs. Beverly were so paitnet with me and found links for my watch, I even bought another watch for my lady from this store because I was so happy with their service. Great Customer Service!
Yadira the store manager was extremely helpful with an ongoing problem I have had with the Fossil Group. Fossils needs more employees like Yadira. She went over and above to resolve my issues which originated in New Orleans when Hurricane Ida impacted the Nee Orleans store.
I had such a great experience at this specific location. The staff was amazing and educated on their products.
