Fossil Store, Orlando FL

This Fossil location in Florida Mall had outstanding Customer Service. The gentleman that was working the day we went help us with adjustments for our new watches we bought and it's always free of charge when you purchase the watch from Fossil. We will always be a customer here just because we love this kind of first class treatment whenever shopping. Most branches are great, but we prefer it at Florida Mall.

Buyer BEWARE! The staff is nice enough but they have a gimmick. When you attempt to return an item, they claim they cannot take the return unless you have the card it was purchased with. Absolutely asinine! I have the receipt and the item in its original packaging and condition. The individual that bought it as a gift is now back in their hometown WITH THEIR credit/debit card. It’s a bonafide gimmick and The Florida Mall vendors are known for their gimmicks!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Angelica. She did a great job of helping me with all of my watch questions being a first time buyer. 10/10 recommend this store!

I had to have some tactical stuff done to my watch to get it to talk to my phone. The staff was very helpful.

Awesome experience. The Manager Gio was awesome and was very knowledgeable about every watch and the functions specifically of each version. We bought 2 and only came for one. I recommend this location and Fossil watch. I also own a Samsung watch but wear my Fossil more. Great product with easy features.

Extremely rude customer service. My girlfriend was trying to get an idea of the watch i wanted for valentine's day. Was asked by a staff member if we needed any help, in which we responded that we were just taking a look and she politely responded " OK, let me know if you need anything". The other staff member Jean, I guess didn't hear that transaction and started getting irate and shouted out "guys! She's talking to you" as if we offended them. I did let him know that I already responded to her, but no apology or anything of that nature came back from him. I understand retail is a tough job to handle during these times and maybe he was having a rough day, but that's no way to treat guest at your store that caused zero trouble.

I went in last minute to find a necklace to get engraved for my secret Santa. Thanks to Angelica I was able to get that and more! She was a great help! Thank you so much

My experience in the Fossil store of Florida Mall was AMAZING, all thanks to one person. JAN! Jan helped me with my anniversary gift for my wife and I am thankful for his help and kindness! He engraved a watch for me and my wife loved it! Jan deserves some recognition and fat RAISE! I will be coming back and spending more money at this store soley because of Jan!

I am really glad that I made a virtual order for the Gen 6 watch with Giovanni. He went above and beyond to correct a technical glitch in the order by contacting another Fossil location in Virginia near me so I can get my watch sooner. The store manager, Jessica at Tysons VA went out of her way as well to make sure I get the watch promptly. What excellent customer care and service Fossil provides through their employees! Thank you guys!

TERRIBLE services, $238 bag, used twice broken little part, online services they did nothing FLorida Mall store even worse, I will never buy Anything from Fossil Ever AGAIN!

This store is an hour drive away, but we never hesitate to stop here. Gio is a store manager who is always willing to take care of us and we don’t take his services for granted. Highly recommend this location!

GIOVANNI IS MY NEW BEST FRIEND! Y'all just don't know. I was ready to marry this man!

So let me tell you a story: I was in the Mall of Louisiana in August and saw a watch in the Fossil store that literally called my name. But the watch wouldn't go over my hand. I asked the clerk if there was anyway to add links.he said no. So I left.disappointed. I got back to NYC went to the Fossil store because I really wanted this watch.same result. So here I am at The Florida Mall just showing my bestie the watch that I have resigned myself just isnt meant to be when GIOVANNI says "there is a fix for that" and begins to walk me through the process to get links added to the watch. SIR. ARE YOU TELLING ME I CAN GET MY WATCH CUZ I WILL MARRY YOU RIGHT NOW! Needless to say, Giovanni got the sale and I am so happy that his manager walked in just as we were finishing up so I could tell her as well. On a scale of 1-10 Gio's customer service was 100!

Shame on Louisiana and NYC!

Now, unfortunately, we won't be getting married because Gio already has a bride.but he has a customer for life in me. See you for Christmas, Gio!
