Found Miami Beach powered by Sonder

Excellent location. Just two blocks from the beach and 14 minutes from Lincoln by bus or 20 minutes walking. Nice and safe area. Good location on the beach because there are more people in the south. The room was impeccable and super well decorated. We chose the one with the smaller bed but more space around it for suitcases. The only thing we have to criticize is the size of the bathroom sink, which made the water fall outside. The rest is excellent. On top of that they let us leave our suitcases after checking out and use the bathroom!

The hotel was ok … but no service about the room if you want to clean you have to pay 20 dollars and if you want new bedsheets you have to do it by yourself. Lot times I asked for fresh towels and I had to insist to get them. The sink in the bathroom is so small so you have to aim when you brush your teeth. And the last things is it’s too noisy. You heard very well the cars like GTA vice city and you can as well heard your neighbor snores. But the nice thing is the location.

Just add that since I arrived before check-in, we were supposed to leave our suitcases at reception but there was no one there. I had to wait about an hour for them to receive them. In general quiet, you hear very little noise from the other rooms and the staff is willing to help

Generally, it's not a bad choice, pretty decent. But there are two bold BUT. Firts, our room was on the ground floor. I would call it a half-basement floor, the window was so high, that I couldn't take a look at it. If I knew about it I would cancel the booking. Second, no housekeeping service is included in the price.

Intimate hotel environment at a great location. Very clean and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Close to all transportation, restaurants within walking distance, basic immunities and nice pool. We will be back in the future.

Very nice hotel and rooms close to Miami Beach. (3 minutes away.) To the center 10 minutes with the free trolleys.

Excellent hotel, large room, comfortable bed. Impeccable cleaning. Attentive staff. Well located, close to shops and public transport. I recommend it and I will be back.

We had a really comfortable stay at Sonder. The location was the best. There is a bus stop exactly outside the hotel that takes you anywhere you want through Miami Beach. Rooms are small but they have everything that you may need. Comes with an ironing board and iron, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is also a small closet to fit in your clothes and a full length mirror which is so important for getting ready. The bed is a 10/10. We stayed for 3 nights and had the best sleep. They also provide as many beach towels as you need. They charge a small fee of $20 if you want to get your room cleaned which is fine considering the price you’re paying per night compared to other hotels. But the front desk always provides extra towels, toilet paper, dustbin bags, paper towels etc. They also don’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste so make sure you carry your own. The biggest downside for me was that their water dispenser was not working and they don’t provide water bottles in the room. All in all, I would say it’s a really affordable and cute hotel if you’re looking for a 2-3 night stay. We would definitely stay again at Sonder

Easy walk to the beach and stores, nice pool, good price. Delicious ceviche place nearby, grocery store too. You can tell they are working hard to renovate it. Beautiful design! The room we had, had a very small bathroom but it was fine for the two of us.the lobby did smell like beets which was weird but overall seemed nice and clean. I have carpet floors and was happy the room did not have carper but VP instead.
Pillow sheets did have some hair inside from a previous person which was kinda gross, but there were so many pillows I just chose a different pillow. And the vents were often on which took a while to adjust to that white noise.
Sonder is weird because they do this (AI?) ID verification. I hope they keep my data safe because they needed a photo of your ID and a video of your face. Super weird.

We had problems with our room, but Giselle nicely helped us out and transfered us to another Sonder where room was available.

Pros:
-room was clean upon arrival.
-close to the beach and free trollys
-pool was nice
-ac worked well

Cons:
-you have to request for your room to be cleaned and they charge a $20 cleaning fee per night. This was not ideal for our 5 night stay.
-they charge extra for late checkout
-lobby smells like mold.

I probably won't stay here again, but it would be an affordable place to stay for a night or two.

Lack of cleaning in the rooms, meaning it was necessary to pay an extra fee, cleaning of the hotel corridors was not the best. Good location and receptionists always willing to help.

As a frequent user of Sonder, this location had the best service I've ever had at any of their global locations. Their receptionists are very informed as to what to do or eat around there. No matter what time of night, they are friendly and helpful than one can imagine.

There's a microwave in the lobby, water, and towels that you can help yourself to. The lobby is great for relaxing and the rooms are quiet while being comfortable for those of us that mostly use the room to sleep or watch TV in between time in South Beach. The bathrooms are huge and have the best toiletries compared to similar priced competitors or even some major chains.

This is now my go to for any future work trips to South Beach, Miami.

A great stay! It is two blocks from the beach, they give you towels for the pool and pool, also infusions, a refrigerator and a community microwave. The employees are very friendly, they speak Spanish, and they were there to resolve any eventuality we had. It is in front of a bus stop and you can take the free one. Without a doubt I would return!

Great stay! Really close to the beach and not too far from south beach. I had an issue with my door and they immediately helped me and got me another room even though it was past 11pm. Highly recommend for the price.

There was construction going on while we were there. The plc where you can hang your clothes was half the size so no room for dresses or pants -so I had to hang it in the shower. The restaurant was under construction

The location is okay. However, the insulation is very poor, which prevents you from sleeping some nights.
In addition, what is not mentioned is that cleaning is charged an additional $20 per day if you wish. Concerning the cleanliness of the corridors, it was not clean. Lots of sand and trash cans in front of the room doors. The pool area was rarely cleaned, leaving towels, glasses and papers lying around for several days. The price per night is not at all worth the service compared to other hotels in the area.

The staff were amazing. We visited for my sisters birthday. Literally 5 minute walk to the beach. Supermarket around the corner. Did have beach towels and pool area was 24hours. Location is low midbeach 1 block from broken shaker and very near Faena. If you want to save the free trolly/bus stops in front and takes you right downtown or a car is very affordable. Will return!

Denny At The pool services is VERY accommodating! She made us feel comfortable after we had an miss understanding about our bed by the pool side. I highly recommend her services to anyone who she accommodates.
