Mind you I have been a GMC fan for over a couple decades, I had an Cadillac Escalade ESV before this one and a GMC Yukon Denali before that then I bought my 2017 Yukon Denali XL back in 2017 brand new only 6 miles on it ever since I bought it I’ve had nothing but issues the car currently only has 55,000 miles on it my wife uses it for groceries and to take the kids to school and it has been in the shop more than I’ve owned it when I first bought the vehicle I asked to make sure that it was brand new, not a demo vehicle. They told me it was brand new ask them if it had any paint work done to it they said no no paint work after picking the vehicle up and having it for two weeks I did the first wash job on it and noticed that there was paint work done to the passenger front fender and passenger door I then notified Gmc of this. They told me that if the vehicle has less than like 6% of the vehicles cost they didn’t have to report it to the consumer, even though I asked, I told them I wanted a different vehicle. They told me they couldn’t. I asked him also, if the vehicle was all wheel drive, they told me yes because it had the four-wheel-drive auto on it, come to find out it’s four-wheel-drive 2015 was the last year for all wheel drives so I was lied to twice in under 1500 miles on this vehicle, from there, it has been nothing but problems. If I even put the vehicle in the four-wheel-drive doesn’t matter if it’s pouring down rain in dirt anything over 5 miles an hour the vehicle shutters violently and they will not do anything about it. They changed the transmission fluid and said that that’s normal operation, The rear led brake light system failed had to be replaced. The sensors in the front bumper sitting at a stoplight with nobody in front of me would buzz like there was something in front of my car the dealership told me “it was ghosts”. It sometimes happens. It happens all the time got tired of dealing with Fountain. Automall took it to a Orange Buick GMC in for an oil change. They asked me if the vehicle is ever been in an accident because the front end didn’t line up correctly which goes back to me wondering about the paint issues from the beginning within two years the paint started failing on the hood and the roof of the vehicle. They told me there’s nothing they can do about it finally get the paint shop to paint the hood and roof from Gmc. Then they scratched the rest of the vehicle and scratched the back glass so bad that had to have the rear glass replaced, they oversprayed the entire car had to take it back to multiple times just to paint the hood and the roof of the vehicle took them six months so I was paying for a car and insurance but I didn’t known and did not give me a loaner it Just recently had $6000 worth of repairs. The air conditioner went out the front suspension has gone out. The swaybar links have broken. I’m sorry but costing upwards of $90,000 and being Gmc‘s flagship vehicle. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with their sales, their service and their paint department and unfortunately if they don’t do anything to correct this I will no longer ever buy GM product.

What a great experience, Brian is the best and the whole team awesome. Brian stayed in contact about our unit from leaving the port to arrival at the dealership, from getting it serviced and prepped for delivery.definitely a very happy wife leads to a happy life. We put our faith on Fountain Automall and they hit a grand slam! Thank you all.

Hanna was our sales person and was so happy to assist us. We went in looking for a certain model that wasn't currently available. She went out of her way to try and meet our needs and found us an even better option that just came off the truck. She asked if we had 45 minutes to wait while the new car got inspected. So we did and ended up leaving with it. She was patient and answered all of our questions. It made buying a car stressless. Thank you, Hanna, for going the extra mile. We love our new ENVITSA.

Nestor and Al were fantastic. Nestor took the time to ensure we got exactly what we needed from our service. He truely cares about the people that come in. My family and I were on vacation and even though we had an emergency expense pop up Nestor went above and beyond to ensure he took care of us without breaking the bank. I was looking to lease a 2024 Buick Encore ST and I was dealing with Andrew. I had been looking and shopping for my GMC truck for over 6 months. The specific model that I wanted was in limited availability, and either there was none, or when I found one, my experience with that dealership was painful. Finding a decent salesperson to work with on the other side was also a challenge. Finally I found the right truck at Fountain GMC, as well as Hanna Wilson - a GREAT salesperson who went out to make a deal happen for me! Hanna made sure all details and numbers were clear, and reassured me that my 3 hour drive would not be met with surprises. Upon arrival, Hanna had everything ready, and the transaction went on smoothly. Luis the Finance Manager was also very pleasant, and wrapped up my paperwork in a very timely manner. Thank You for a Great experience, as well as a Wonderful truck!

The service manager was horrible (Christie) I think that’s how to spell it. She was rude and Didn’t discuss how much it would be to look at our Car. We needed the thermostat tank replaced she told us after 6 hours we had an appointment at 7: 30 am it would be $1105. And it was 189.00 just to look at it. I asked her why she didn’t discuss how much it would be. She lied right to my face and said she did. But I would have paused and said almost 200 just to diagnose it, let me check my account to make sure I have enough plus to get it fixed also. I normally used to deal with Mathew but he no longer works there. I will never take my car there again. There overcharging people and very unprofessional.
