I was a bit skeptical because after we purchased the room I seen a review that said there were bugs in this hotel. However, there were definitely NO BUGS. Room 505 the room was clean, beds were comfortable convenient to the beach and stores. Staff was nice. Overall good place to stay!

Rooms are kept clean and sanitary, however staff have attitude problem and don't really know how to engage with their customers. Housekeeping has the audacity to demean tenants for trivial matters, front desk support can be quite condescending, too. Place is kept nice, but staff needs to learn better interpersonal skills.

We stayed here for one night before a cruise. Facility is in need of some love. The even numbered rooms face a very busy, VERY LOUD street. Horrible night’s sleep. Service in the restaurant was extremely slow for breakfast.

Water dripping from ceiling in three different areas of my room. Notified management and was moved to another room where the bed had bugs. Literally had to spray the bed with alcohol.

An outstanding hotel close to the airport (FFL) and cruise ports.
We found this place because of a cancelled flight and voucher.
I'm so glad!
Comfortable rooms, restaurant and bar on site (check their hours), and friendly staff.
They made a slight error on the bill and charged my (incidental) credit card. When I reviewed my credit card bill, I called, and got it immediate credit since the airline should have been charged, no harm, no foul.
Anytime I'm in town, we're staying here!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, our room was not cleaned at all within those 3 days. I was very taken back because they should clean your room espy during the pandemic.
Or at least knock on the door and check up for a request or to make an appointment to clean the room.

We are staying 2 nights and after our first night we left all day. Came back to our room at 4: 00 and it looked just as we left it - dirty towels, unmade bed, and no coffee for the morning. I called front desk and after holding for about 5 minutes they came on phone and said oh sorry. Housekeeping was done for the day and we are hoping we get our clean towels and coffee at least. We’ll see if they ever arrive. Could have offered us a complimentary drink or dinner for this faux paus. We usually do not spend this much money on hotels, but for our special trip we decided to splurge. So next time, we will do the cheaper option and get our clean towels, made beds etc.

The staff is what makes this hotel! So caring and responsive. I was here to be with my son who was in bad shape at the hospital. The shuttle service is offered for free to the hospital. The drivers of their shuttles were the best counselors and friends. Their kindness will never be forgotten. If you have a chance to stay in Four Points, please do!

Tremendous amount of road noise on the side facing road. Limited dining, check-in area too small and integrated with bar area. Ok bed and room amenities.

Can’t believe this is a Marriott property. Don’t look too closely at the phone by your bed, bathroom area or the desk area…you won’t be able to stay in there. Roaches in the bathroom in the middle on the night, gang symbol on the trash can by the front door, people trying to break into your room in the middle of the night…. All bad.
This hotel has needs a DEEP cleaning. Pay attention Marriott!

I reserved a king size bed at127. Got 2 double beds for 134. It wasn't the price it was my hubby is a big guy and we both cant fit on a double comfortably. Then the TV did not work. Ok i could probably handle that.but at about 2am we got a call from front desk we thought was a mistake so he didn't answer. 15 minutes later about 2: 15 am. Someone is knocking at the door front desk.instead of saying what she needed she made it seem as if we had call up front and she was double checking if we're ok.strange? No problem. 243am the phone rings again my hubby plugs it out. I go what time is it? He gives me time i said plug it back in i call down i spoke with a Deidre i ask what was the problem? They checked us in wrong.now couldn't that have waited until the morning versus keeping us up all night.we couldn't go back to sleep

Front desk guys were extremnly friendly, how ever rooms suffer from a lot of humidity, my room walls and x=ceiling were completely wet dripping water from the ceiling, walls were wet, smelled very bad,

Convenient location, maid svc.never showed, glad i asked for extra towels, other guests tried to get into room @ 8.30am, though checkout was 11am. Also saw other guests trying to check in @ front desk, but front desk didn't know if room physically unoccupied & had to go check, leaving line of 4 guests in line unattended. Total bedlam & disorganization.

Shuttle was 40 minutes late, checkin was stopped by a pizza delivery for the one desk worker at prime-time checkin (there were 12 people waiting to checkin), room smelled and everything was moist (couch, bed, floors, counter tops), shampoo is just water, no late checkout options, waited for an elevator for 20 minutes as only one works… we are in the area often as we cruise often and we will never stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was not a good experience.the bath tub wasn't clean in my opinion, the fridge hardly worked, the chair I the room was filthy, the hotel is an older one, but at least move out the chair if they have mold on them.the room just felt dirty overall.we thought housekeeping would automatically come to the room but nooo, we had to request that the room be cleaned and for the toiletries needed. I know this hotel may be a high traffic location but please do better. The bartender lady was on point with the tequila sunrise though! The best part of my stay

Gross, dirty, not living up to Marriott or Four Points name. AC is loud and hard to control, room and furniture very unclean. Bedside lamps are super dirty, the lampshades stained and old, the chrome filthy. Blood and stains on the curtains! Don't even want to touch. Yuck.
