Strongly suggested lodging here in our locale! The gathering staff was really agreeable and accommodating. The Wi-Fi association additionally worked flawlessly. I additionally saw that the rooms were exceptionally extensive with huge agreeable beds. The general experience was exceptionally fulfilling. I was unable to request more from you! Much obliged to you for the brilliant help that you have!

Good hotel. Leaves some to be desired for in certain regards.

Solid luxury hotel at the tail end of Brickell. Good building. Nice pool. Let's look at each component.

Rooms are good. Very well appointed. 3-room bathroom, with a shower stall, separate toilet stall, and a large bathroom. Waste of a space massive hot tub. They need to ask guests who in 2021 uses bathtubs.

Rooms have a lot of closet / drawer space, which is good. Nice windows, with great looks of city or the bay.

Housekeeping was iffy. The one day, had to call 3 times to get housekeeping. They tell you that you will get house-keeping twice, if you ask for it (really, a turn down service which in these days means replenish the towels if needed).

Used the text message system to ask for several things: ice, more filtered water, and extra pillows. Also, the sink was not draining, and called maintenance (on the phone). In each case, the calls were answered, and items delivered within minutes, so this is very commendable.

Next, the common amenities. Pool is awesome. There is hardly anyone there. Cabanas are free. Which is simply A-W-E-S-O-M-E! Pool service was good. Although, the one day, pool food (BAHIA) was not so good judged by digestive outcomes.

Used their on-site restaurant (EDGE) a few times. For the most part, service was OK. But when they got busy, quality went down. E.g, food did not come to specification. E.g, order beef well-done, and comes below medium. Order vanilla dessert, and get chocolate. Stuff like that. I guess companies still having labor issues after the pandemic. We would be in year 2122, and companies will still be blaming the pandemic for labor issues. Thank god for the flue of 1918. We have a centuries worth of blame to spread (until Covid 2019 showed up).

The location of the hotel is OK. Really far end of the Brickell, far from all the happening. Now, if you LIVE there (like in Four Season apartments), this is good. But if you are visiting, this may not be so good, as you might want to be in them middle of things, say, closer to 8th or 10th street, vs 14th street. And those are NOT NY city blocks, bur quite a bit farther. That, and crossing a street in Miami is like crossing a high-way: they have 4 lanes, and cars somehow don't follow street lights. Multiple cars drove when lights showed pedestrian had right of way. You would think that they are in Compton and they would be shot at if not drive through the red light.

Anyway, as far as Four Seasons is concerned, I would say a SOLID luxury hotel that you should DEFINITELY consider staying. A few things could be improved, but otherwise, definitely recommend.

This is the perfect Four Seasons! The high floors rooms are beautiful and well organized. My room had a bay window that I couldn’t get enough of! Plus points for the coffee machine and water boiler in the room! The only downside is that I had a couple of knocks on the door from room service while the “Do not disturb” was up. Also, didn’t appreciate the rudeness and unhelpfulness of one of the check in ladies when there was a glitch on my reservation and refused to help me and made me feel unimportant (I’m not important, so we clear, but she wasn’t willing to look further to find answers) - so much that I had to call the sales rep from the four seasons who was kind enough to rectify the glitch. Only to have a very snarky comment from the check in lady, visibly upset that I corrected the glitch myself. “I don’t know who you called” - nevertheless, amazing experience just make sure there isn’t a reservation glitch.

Brickell is a walkable urban neighborhood with life, food, and music on every corner. You're a short causeway to Key Biscayne beaches, if desired, and not too far from SoBe. This property is unique and beautiful - with giant open lobby interiors high above street level - and worth a stay. Valet and housekeeping were superb, front desk and restaurant staff more than adequate but not quite up to the same level. Best memory: lounging on the hotel room's built-in window bench in the late afternoon taking in the reflected sunset over the bay.

Time for a refurbishment and upgrade

First the good news, good location in Brickell, great very large pool area, free usage of the excellent Equinox gym attached to the hotel, very soft beds and service minded and friendly staff.

But that’s probably also about it, the property is tired, yellowish wood everywhere, rooms and bathrooms that could also have been in a Ramada, empty minibar (no explanation from staff when asked), and just terrible shower water pressure. Toiletries from L’Occitane, so old and uncool it’s hard to believe any hotel manager in their right mind would still use it. Worst part though, is that very strong smell of cleaning detergent in the restaurant area in the morning, like walking into a bar on Sunday morning, after they flushed out all the spilled beer on the floor.

So it’s high time for a refurbishment of this old lady, before it damages the otherwise excellent Four Seasons brand.

As is always the case, Four Seasons manages to put a unique touch on all of their wonderful properties around the world. Sameness is found only in their legendary customer service, attention to detail, and the ever-present feeling that they'll do everything to make your stay a truly rewarding experience.

We love this brand and stayed here while shopping for a condo with our realtor peter j ancona. As allways it delivered on service and luxury. They even went above and beyond for our sons birthday. This is the only hotel for us when we travel. Thanks Four Seasons.

My Stay was at the Hotel was one with exemplary customer service. The experience and clientele served was reflected in the preparations and delivery. The building however could us some updating. My bay view room which came at premium cost had a large very dirty window and so i was unable to clearly capture the grandeur of the hotel's location.
The lobby restaurant again is top notch on service however end product delivery in every restaurant if food; texture color, flavor and presentation. The overal restaurant service and the quality of food was far from the hotel's reputation or at the very least my expectations.
The overall stay, valet service, front desk, equinox all summed to four stars as its always mostly about the experience and what the hotel lacked in finishes it made up for in services.

Elevators must be RENEWED, overhaul! They sound like the tower of terror elevator at Disney! They were even stucked by an hour no one could come up or down, Security managed guests to move by service elevators but yet I had to use stairs to get to my room!

No minibar at room, just an empty business fridge, looks more like a days inn than a 5 star four seasons hotel mini bar.

Excellent service, comfy bed and pillows, great amenities

I have stayed at many 4 seasons in my life, this property is ok, the pool area is not glammy, the spa and concierge are asleep at the helm, requested a spa treatment, never confirmed, they called me back 48 hrs later, I had to tell them they were 36 hours late in responding and that I had already checked out the day before. Not the kind of service it used to be, maybe Bill Gates who now has a majority ownership can have his team make some changes in management.

Average hotel. This is not your typical four seasons. Room is outdated, and we could smell the old carpet. Also, the fact that we found a big hair over the face towel when we first walked in, which was disappointing given our main concern is hygiene. Shower was pretty good though with L’occitane toiletries. Service was good but I don’t think I would stay again or recommend to a friend. Unless this is a super good deal, I’d think you are better off spending your money getting for the same price a more modern hotel.

Exceptional experience from the moment we arrived. Bolero sculptures, exquisite interior design amazing pools. Pool side service friendly and impeccable. Wish the pool bar was open until 8pm instead of 6pm! We will return.

Was working a couple of days in one of the meeting rooms. All the staff, floor managers, waiters, cleaning people, etc were extremely helpful, courteous and checking often on what we might need. The food was ok. Nothing out of this world.
Place looks impeccable.

On my arrival, the wifi did not work. Had to talk to AT &T for half an hour to make it work. Then the safety deposit box did not lock. So had to have it repaired. Then someone knocked on my door 5: 30am to deliver a room dinner that I did not order, I did not opened my door and only saw empty plates a coulple of hours later. What was amazing is that they charged me anyways for this dinner that apparently was ordered by the guest next door. As a canadian I am really dissapointed by the low level of professionalism of Four Season Miami.
