Dr. Marvin Garcia attends you at every opportunity with so much love, professionalism, he dedicates so much time to you, a rare thing these days, I gladly and safely recommend it, although the staff in general are very friendly, Dr. Marvin exceeds any limit. What an amazing place! My Grandmother was very pleased with the VIP PRogram for Medicare recipients! Not only, the care in the office but her medications were also delivered to her home.

If I could give negative stars, I would give negative 100. These people are a business. Forget doctors, you are nothing more than a dollar value there. I took at lab test and they charged me $15. A couple months later I received a bill from Quest. I called them about it and they asked me for the invoice number and said they would call me back. I didn’t receive a call so I called back. This time they asked me for a copy of the invoice and said they would call me back. Again no call back for weeks. I called again to follow up and again the gave me the run around said the lab would call me back. Weeks and weeks later I still did not receive a call back. After calling and waiting on the line and refusing to receive a call back they told me that the $15 was a service and that the lab work was outsourced to Quest. They never disclosed this to me otherwise I would’ve just gone to Quest. They have no regard for their patients, they make you wait god knows how long for every service that they offer. The doctor visits are 5 minutes where I’m sure the doctors don’t even remember the patient’s name by the end of them. The receptionists all have a huuuge attitude and as I said the lab is literally a scam.

For many years I liked the Fox Clinic, but Every time that I need renew medication is a nightmare because the Publix pharmacy never received from the Clinic the prescriptions that I need. Bad service!
A few years ago, I love the provider because he spend time with me for listening and assessing my health, but recently he spend less time inside the office; he's very brief and and he doesn't time for my health situation.

Made an appointment to be called over the phone on 4/1 for 2: 30 PM by a doctor. Hours passed by with no call, I called back three times to ask if I am going to be called back or if I should reschedule for the next day. Each time I was assured that I was next to be called. It’s the next day at the time of this writing, and the office is closed.still waiting for my call. I also got charged for a call that never happened. Outstanding service and communication.

My wife and I, have seen Dr. Jonathan Fox for the past 7 years, he listens, take his time and concerns himself like no other doctor I ever seen, not only a great Doctor but a great person, his staff is always prompt, courteous and very professional. I will recommend Fox Medical with out hesitation!

I have been going to this office for several yrs and I have always been treated very well by all staff. Dr Fox was my Dr initially & was wonderful & now Dr Marvin Garcia is Great! He follows through if ask for a call back anything. They just genuinely care for their patients and that is rare now a days.

The attention in this center is very good, my experience has always been positive. Dr Ana is a sweetheart, she always listens to you with the best attitude and very kind. Nora 's ultrasound technician is also very professional, very friendly and gives you peace of mind. I recommend this center 100%

I would like to thank Dr Fox for making the decision and prescribing me the medication I needed. I was rushed to the hospital (UM hospital) after my ENT told me he assures me Dr Fox's actions helped me be around long enough to be able to see my ENT and see how bad my throat was. I was treated like family, very knowledgeable, every things is there for you, when you visit you would feel peace with in you cause you know that you have great care. I moved to Ocala Florida and the only thing I regret living was my Fox Medical Center. I pray God they will move to Orlando Florida. Oh, I love Brayn, his manners are like a gentleman and Dr. KEVIN FOX is the greatest.
