I have changed my opinion on FOX. I received no more money from their involvement, they delayed the process by proposing a mediation process with the insurance company and the state which delayed the whole process with no additional insurance payments. They cost me money that I could have received directly from the insurance company without their involvement. Very poor communication process

I am 100% sure that I would not have received the amount I did without their assistance. Their work is worth every penny and then some. Rarely do you find professionals that outperform their fee. After hurricane Ian my husband and I thought our insurance would cover the losses. When Charlie hit I had absolutely no problem with the insurance company that I had at that time. Unfortunately this was not the case now. Our insurance company has offered us very little with just about nothing being covered. Fox has taken care of the whole situation for us. I work full-time and my husband does not have the patience to deal with this. Fox was truly a godsend. I would recommend them to anybody who is having any problems with their insurance company.
