Worst car experience ever. The company is out dated. I reserved the car through my flight website for one low price but than i was charged double that amount. I was never given a receipt for the final charges, I had to call for the company to send me one. When doing the pre trip inspection no representative is present. They give you a paper and a pencil and no direction what to do with it. The outside of the car is dirty. When filling out the paper work you discuss declining their insurance but they will sneak it in if your not paying attention. They do not go over the policies which you have to initial by. Don’t get me started with there early check and out fee. Even though your check in and out is based upon your flight. You give them the flight number and it doesn’t make a difference. Amount of money you spend in hidden fees you might as well go to a better known rental company. Looking over the final receipt that I requested they charged me for gas that was never given to me. I return the vehicle with a little over a half tank; more then what I received which was a quarter tank. READ OVER YOUR RECEIPTS THIS COMPANY SCAMS! This was the worst experience ever! Never again will I rent from this company.
The inside of our "upgrade" was falling apart. These guys have hundreds of dollars of hidden fees they don't tell you about until after you've paid for your reservation and won't give refunds. They still charge you $50 when using your insurance instead of theirs. I really hate companies that aren't upfront and honest about their fees. On top of that, the gal who helped us kept giving contradicting info. Will never use this company again
Charged us more money, didn't get the car wouldn't let my husband use my card even though I was right there with Identification. Do not.
We came on vacation on November 8th and our plane got delayed so we didn’t get here until about 6ish. When we walked and got called to the next representative available he seemed like he didn’t want to do his job. He had a nasty attitude. The car they gave us was a Mitsubishi Outlander that was supposedly midsize. We have two small kids, I couldn’t even fit one double stroller and one suitcase in the trunk it was that small. I went back in to try and get a different car and the representative told us there was nothing he could do that we have to pay an extra $40 a day to be able to change cars. On top of the car we had had dents and scratch marks all of over the outside of the car. So we just kept the car cause it wasn’t worth paying another $100 and something dollars for a four day trip. While driving the car the next day I kid you not you could hear every front end part making noise. The axle had a clonking sound like it was going to snap right in half while driving. The tires, brakes, and rotors need to all get replaced because you can hear the wooing sound that usually happens when they need to get replaced. The next day we come back to exchange the rental and we get a different representative and she allows us to exchange the old Mitsubishi Outlander the full-size version without charging us any difference. Although the car was exchanged the second car drive better but you still had horrible whispers where no matter how fast you have them going it still wasn’t clear enough for you to see to be able to drive. And I really appreciate the female representative who exchanged the cars for us I will most likely never rent from Fox again because of the horrible customer service the first time and also they don’t service any of their cars.

Took shuttle from the airport to Fox to pick up a prepaid car rental.
Was denied the car rental due to not having a credit card with us, even though the car was already paid for!
Was told that we should have checked the fine print and were shown the door.
Atleast they gave us a shuttle ride back to the airport but a complete waste of time + left us very disappointed.
We thought we were getting a deal, little did we know how we were just wasting our time to get screwed over.
Shame on you Fox, the company and business practice is pathetic.
We have used this rental store before. Service has always been very good. Cars are in good condition. Staff behind desk have always been helpful. Shuttle always on time.
Livia and Marie Ali are both awesome. Thank you for making our week stay in Orlando great. We didn’t have any problem from picking up to dropping off and to the car itself also.
Complete scam. Did not have car we reserved. Tried upsell on larger car. Wanted extra $320 for insurance. Uber back to airport, got a car at national for less money and our insurance was fine. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM
Employees customer service is exceptional. The only reason I am giving a low score is because when you pick up your vehicle, they keep details vague. This attendant offered me $11.99 charged only once to cover tolls, they charged me that amount for everyday I had the car. If they stop being some secretive on details, I would recommend this place to everybody. Also.they charged me for the car insurance, even though I paid my own from Expedia.
Worst car experience ever! The company is out dated. I reserved a Kia Sportage online and that is not what I receive, they tried given us a 2 door sports car and told us if we didn't accept that one that we would have to just wait until a vehicle became available (we were 2 adults and 2 children, one that stills uses car seat). They force you into paying for their insurance saying that they don't accept the policy we had on our car which is nationally accepted. They don't open until 4: 30 in the morning so if you have a 6 am flight good luck getting a shuttle to the airport. We never got a final receipt and where over charge.with the amount of of money you spend in hidden fees you might as well go to a better known rental company! This was the worst experience ever! Never again will I rent from this company.
If I could give zero stars I would. Total bait and switch. Quoted a price. Went to get the car and it’s 3x the price with all these MANDATORY add ons. One and done. NEVER again
Antonio was an amazing agent at Fox rent a car! He was organized, professional and has a wonderful sense of humor! He went out of his way to make sure our vacation in the Orlando area started off well and accommodated my 6’6” husband with a car that he would be comfortable driving in for a great rate! Antonio represented the company really well and we will definitely use them again!:)
Staff was very rude. The guy at the front had attitude and Indidnr know needed a credit card. I paid with my debit card. Then he stayed he was going cancel my order. But still hit okay like I rented the Vehicle on my expedite booking
Another great experience renting with Fox. Always competitive prices and great customer service. Any issues they might have had in the past at certain locations I feel like they have changed and addressed with knowledgeable staff members. I left my sunpass in my rental car and Rashida was kind enough to help me and locate it for me as we were waiting for our departing flight. Thanks for your help!
