Foxtail Coffee - Truist Tower - Downtown Orlando

Not the specialty coffee experience they advertise (see photo). They did not have any single origin coffees, and the brewed coffee was disappointing. It’s fine if you need a quick bite and some caffeine - the environment is good for a few minutes of work, but I do not recommend if you’re looking for good coffee.

Delivered the wrong order on a coffee order, when I called and asked them for a new order they ask me to call Uber for a refund lol.it’s sad all I asked for is for a cup of coffee not a refund and a long phone call to Uber: (big mistake

Juliette, Kylin, Evan and Faith are the best! They are always so nice when I come in and have gotten to learn my drink preferences.

Whoever the barista is right now is not friendly at all.
I asked her what food items were available and she had the worst attitude about it.
I also said thank you after getting my food and she gave me a disgusting face.

Cute and quite coffee downstairs the Hotel.
The coffe was really good and we had bagels with cream cheese.

Please change your posted hours. You’re definitely not open on Sundays. Many hotel guests disappointed.

Fxtl advertises discount 5-7 pm, but register not programmed for discount,
plus coffee girl doesn't know anything about this.

Great location with a very friendly group of consistent baristas. My go to coffee location in downtown Orlando. App take out orders are always ready to go upon arrival.

Waited 10 minutes for the solo barista to get back from “the bathroom. ” At 8AM, they were already out of iced coffee and the cold brew “wasn’t done brewing. ” Seems like very poor planning. Barista was not very friendly or particularly accommodating. Hot coffee was just OK, nothing special. Also, there were absolutely no outlets located in the seating section

Went in to get pour over which is offered in every foxtail location. Guy started to make one with the correct equipment and then this lady comes in with an attitude about not offering it. She then started personal talk as she ate her lunch in front of me…. Just bad all around. What happened to Foxtail?

The young lady with tight curls that works in the morning appears to always be in misery and bothered to have to make a coffee.i have tried to give this small business a change but I rather walk to the Starbucks at the grand bohemian.
