Foxtail Coffee - Downtown Eustis

Very cool setting in an old building. The service was dismissive at best, and the food seemed like it was made in a factory. My coffee was great, but everyone else in my party was not happy.

Went to the foxtail my last day in Eustis! Early morning coffee aloud for parking on the street I was geeeted with a friendly atmosphere and a smile! Rustic looking it had a flair all its own! Quaint, little seating inside but, offers table seating out front and in the garden to the side of the building!

A couple weeks ago I gave a five star review and I have continued to come to this location ever since because I had such a great experience. My drink was perfect and the service was wonderful. However, today I ordered the exact same thing that I have been ordering And they did not give me caramel drizzle on top that I paid for and they did not put any sweetener in the latte. I asked for 2 pumps of hazelnut. Instead, the two girls behind the counter were having a conversation about all the customers they have banned because they’ve been hit on. Can you be any more unprofessional…? I won’t be coming back unless the other girl with short brown hair is working. Obviously they should quit gossiping about customers and get orders right. Absolutely ridiculous.

The atmosphere and the barista was absolutely lovely. However for how much the ham and cheese croissant/turkey cheese bangle was I wasn’t expecting frozen breakfast quality. I wouldn’t recommend getting them but the espresso was yummy and chai was a little too much like big red but not terrible.

They refuse to take pick up orders over the phone, instead you are forced to use their terrible, buggy app. When the app works there's no option to pay cash at pickup? Would not break a $50 for an order over $20, refused to make the order unless it was paid for even though every other restaurant on the planet allows this. There's an abundance of other coffee shops around, do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

Man, one of the best coffees I have tasted since moving to Florida from Puerto Rico. The lady that attends the place is very nice. Great ambient. Will go again when I return to Eustis.

Staff here is always very nice, welcoming, helpful with information on their products and deciding what to get, and just a good experience.

Best coffee I’ve had in a while! I would strongly recommend this place. As soon as you walk in it’s such a cute atmosphere and the barista was so kind and sweet.

Absolutely love this please, I started going here about a year or so ago and the ladies have been phenomenal, they usually know who puts in what order and sometimes they leave cute little faces or a nice message on the top of the cup. I've pretty much stopped going to bigger companies for my coffee and just go to them. They are so kind, polite and caring, if they mess up the order they fix it. I love this little shop, the food is amazing as well always properly cooked everyone just goes above and beyond. Yall are absolutely amazing!

Staff went above and beyond to make me feel better after I spilled my entire drink. They were quick and cheerful cleaning up and even gave me a replacement. So kind!

The coffee was not good I stopped and got 2 iced coffees and one of them tasted like milk did not taste like coffee at all and the other tasted extremely bitter! I will definitely never stop here again for coffee! Dunkin is way better!

Thank you to Kendall for providing me excellent service and creating a friendly environment for me, they also gave me my food on a plate which made me feel like a guest rather than a customer. Excellent customer service and amazing products.the croissant was soft and flaky and the egg bites were delicious and delicate.

I've had the hot vanilla latte on several occasions. It is always perfect. The atmosphere is one that makes you want to sit for hours and chat with a friend.

This place is my heaven. The baristas feel like friends, I've not once had a bad coffee from here in the past 2 years. The atmosphere is so incredible and its small size makes it feel so cozy. Never been to a coffee shop that I love this much.
