I made an appointment with Dr. Perez-Suarez for a yearly checkup without realizing that for my specific needs I would’ve had to choose a different type of appointment. When I brought up the reason for my visit Dr. Perez-Suarez told me that I may have to come back since insurance wouldn’t cover these tests needed for a yearly visit. Instead, Dr. Perez-Suarez and the staff at West Kendall OBGYN rebooked me under the correct appointment type and made it work so I could get the tests I needed done and have my blood drawn without any extra issues with my insurance or having to reschedule. They want to help you and they are all so kind and helpful!
This place was great. Lobby practically empty enough space for social distancing. Called soon and Dr. Perez was sweet and kind. Staff very nice too. Clean office! Very happy
