DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN CASH UP FRONT! Do NOT pay for his service until the work is done… and good luck with it being done right.
He likes to lie and steal money.
My advice would be to go ANYWHERE else!

Gave all my savings to Victor and Eva Franco for purchase of an auction vehicle because I trusted them. I did not receive the vehicle or any type of refund.
