Mr. Dicosola and his team addressed my auto injury case professionally and efficiently. I was not a person who wanted to use an attorney, but as time progressed and as the insurance companies reached a point where they were wanting to settle and I was no where near done with medical bills, I felt I had no choice but get an attorney. The first attorney I contacted did not want my case. From the first time I met with Frank and his team members, they were reassuring, helpful and comforting with their knowledge and understanding. Once I hired them, I was able to get back to my life and focus on getting better because they were taking care of the legalities and headaches of dealing with the auto insurance companies. They have the knowledge and understanding of how to handle these cases. I really did not want to go to court, but as the Dicosola team was gathering information to work with the insurance companies, they were also putting together a court case should that be needed. It would be ready to go when the time came and options were exhausted. Should it come to having to go to court, they would not need to go back and start at the beginning to build the case.
They kept me informed as the insurance companies responded and advised and guided me when there were decisions to be made. They were thorough and explained why this or that might be the best course of action. Between office meetings there was communication via email, once again keeping me informed of progress. I had been told by NUMEROUS people that these things take YEARS. Within 6 months my case was resolved and even with the pandemic, they wrapped up the details and we completed the final paperwork less than 2 months later. (It would not have taken that long had places not been closed due to the pandemic.)
My only regret is that I did not call the Frank Dicosola office the day of the accident. I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety in trying to work with the insurance companies by myself. God forbid I need an attorney again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call Frank Dicosola.
