3Had them come out to locate a water leak. They told me it was under the foundation of the house it would costs $11,000 for them to re-pipe. I called out a second company Sleuth Inc.honest people. The leak was out front of the house I fix the leak myself for $15. Don’t trust them they scam and lie. Call Sleuth and save money
This is a fraud company. We requested have AC repair service, 6 hours working time charged me 14 hours labor. What’s worse, $450 Blower motor charge me for $860. Total $2751.25 bill for one repair and AC still not working well. No one will reply your billing questions, and they send letter to landlord and county directly to rob money from me. So pay attention to this company!
Representatives need to understand real customer service during interactions. Very rude, would never recommend them to anyone.
