Frank Theatres CineBowl & Grille at Delray Beach

So I came bowling with my daughter and boyfriend was NOT told when we purchased our games the A/C was not working. I would not have purchased the game’s. It wasn’t until we were in our third set that the waiter said our a/c isn’t working. After we had to ask why is it so hot in here?
We requested our money back he did give me back $11.00, but when I said to him I wish I had been told that first thing. He said here’s your receipt for your game!
No customer service, I would not come back.
No problem won’t come back here.

I went there to play with my son they charge me twice by mistake and didn't want to give me the money back.
Manager was very rude.
I will never go play there again.

Stop in a few weekends ago such a nice place. Their staff and Mitch the manager were so nice and so helpful definitely we’ll recommend this place to all my friends.

I went for a pre-screening. The theater we were placed in, the FTX, had a decent size screen, recliner seats, lots of leg room, and super clean. I came on a weekday so the area was not very crowded. Parking was easy to find.

Great place to catch an IMAX movie and little bowling! Never had a problem with ordering tickets in advance and the movies are always presented in top quality.

$19 and change for 2 tickets in their FDX theater aka better surround sound and huge screen.only issue was didn't have the recliners like most places have now. Not sure if it was just that theater since it was the big screen or not. Saw pirates

Decent theatre with the updated larger seating (not powered recliners like Ipic or shadowwood) There is also a bar for adult beverages and a small bowling alley.

Always great food and service, with the movie and bowling there's no need to go anywhere else. Love it.

Ok lanes could be cleaner so you can slide on your plant foot. Shoes are filthy on bottom where u stop short.

Helpful staff, great movie experience with Dolby atmos. Fandango not so good. Unable to purchase tickets online.

Fun place, Bowling, Bar, Movie Theater. The Bowling is very fun and at a great price. The bar is great. The theater part is not that good. The seats are not really comfortable.

Horrible 3D experience. Came out at start of movie and 4 other people were complaining as well. Was told their tech was working on it and fixed it. Still felt it wasn't corrected and left with head ache and wished it was a normal viewing, which is what was supposed to be shown based on website. Never doing 3D again there.

Visiting from Tampa. We were assigned a messy area and it took them about 10 minutes to clean it up. The music was not so great. I understand everyone has a different taste in music but they played a very depressing, creepy playlist. The kids weren't too happy about that. So we asked if it could be changed and they said no. Awesome right? Yeah, I probably won't be coming back when I visit Delray.

Always enjoyed Frank Theatres, but last Sunday, as leaving the theater, a rat crawled over my wife's feet. That might do it for us. Pity. Sticky floors and rats are not attractive.

Nice place for a date night! Bowl or a 3D movie in iMax! Full restaurant and bar. It's also in a plaza with shops, bars, and restaurants!

Very nice theater. The chairs are large and comfortable. Ther theaters are kept very clean. Whee you buy tickets here you have to pick seats sheaf of time do plan well.
I like this theater because it's in a nice shipping center so after your movie you can walk around or go and get a meal without having to drive around and go somewhere else. The only problem is that parking can be very difficult.
They have discount tickets on Tuesdays.

Don't buy tickets from their online website. You have to go there in person to refund them. Mind blowing in this day in age, you can't correct a very common issue. It's ironic I was changed a convenience fee; when I have to drive there to refund them.wasting 40 mins of my life isn't convenient.

Great theatres that are kept clean as a whistle. Sound systems excellent. Box office lets you pick you seats. Ticjet sellers keep things moving. Parking is almost non-existent neart theatre, a problem during rainy season. Bathrooms modern az nd clean. Concession costs very high, but that's where their profits are made, so.
