Franklin Pointe Apartments, Tallahassee FL

The staff are incredible! The are friendly, polite, professional, and go above and beyond to help when there is an issue. Overall, the grounds and apartments are clean and well taken care of. The pool and picnic area are especially lovely! My only complaint is that my apartment looked different from the photos online- make sure you do an in-person or virtual tour before renting!

I’ve been living here since 2020, and it’s been a pretty decent stay. Rodney, is a tremendous help and always provides timely service if an issue arises.

The only cons I would say are parking and the window units, as they require regular cleaning and can still have a mildew smell after some time - which requires maintenance.

But overall, the stay has been pleasant.

This is such a great community! Franklin Pointe is pet friendly and that matters so much to me as I love my dog and need him to live with me, it is also so quiet and safe I have never worried about the safety of me or my pets. It is located so close to the capital and only a 7 minute drive to FSU I’m so close to school! The maintenance team is amazing and are always keeping up with the apartments keeping the neighborhood clean and maintained as well management always handles everything professionally making sure there is no problems. I have lived here for almost a year and I will be signing again no doubt.

We just moved in recently and had a great experience! Brittany in the front office was so nice and helped us with everything we needed! Everyone is SO friendly! Process was quick to move in and you can't beat deals when moving! We did have an issue with a/c when we moved in but they promptly fixed it! Very happy to call this place home!

This place is a scam & daysis is the worst apartment manager ever. Every bad review mentions her name. Look up her name in the reviews & they will show the truth. They take your security deposit as well. Claims damages that never happened. It’s a very unsafe complex as well. Won’t allow you to put up ring cameras for protection but they have cameras at the front desk. All they do is sit they lazy behind in the office & eat food. I’ve already started my process to take these people to court. See you there hippo.

The community is very pretty and clean, I enjoy living here because everyone is very nice, the people in the office are always polite and professional and willing to help. The maintenance guys are also so helpful and nice and they fix things quick, you don’t have to wait for days.
