Frank was extremely accommodating. We had a last minute sizing emergency. He took my call late and opened his shop early to ensure we had everything we needed. I appreciate his customer service and kindness.

Frank has an array of formal wear to choose from. He took my husband's measurements and special ordered a white dinner jacket and rushed the delivery so my husband had it for our formal event. Excellent service, family owned. Frank is the best! We will be back!

Disappointed first and last time…. Rented shoes a month ago & purchased a suit for son’s homecoming (nice suit), when came in to pick up just the shoes on the provided date today my rental shoes not available, he said all the shoes in my son’s size is rented out? Then why did I reserve a month out? What a joke this place is, I wonder if I didn’t buy the suit a month ago if that wasn’t going to be available also. Hopefully a store has shoes to purchase or rent within 5 hours before the dance smh…don’t rent just buy knowing you have it in hand if not who knows

Called Franks formalwear for a tux the next day. He had me in and out with one in hand. Great guy! Highly recommended!

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Frank’s by the local Men’s Warehouse. I had a last minute gala invite and only 24 hours to find a tux. I called all around Clearwater with no luck, I ended up purchasing a suit as a backup, then called Men’s Warehouse in Tampa as a last ditch effort to find a tux. They referred me over to Frank’s because he has his own inventory/warehouse on-site. Well, that was a decent start. I called in at noon and told him I needed it today. I gave him measurements over the phone and he said he’ll make it work with no problem. I arrived around 4pm, mind you, he closes at 5, and waited about 10 minutes because he was helping other customers. He dove right in, gave me a few different options to check out, but recommend one that he felt would really stand out. I was a bit uneasy about a blue tux jacket for a formal event, but I told him I’d try the whole outfit on. Let me tell you, Frank was right. I tried the 2 black jackets that I thought were perfect, and while they fit great, they didn’t pop like the blue one did after putting on a white shirt and vest. Frank knows what he’s talking about and definitely saved the day! Highly recommended to anyone in a pinch.

Frank’s Formal Wear was amazing! My son looked so sharp on his wedding day! Alterations were done immediately to save us from making a long drive to pick up the tux. Great prices and options galore! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

If anyone ever mentions this place to me I would discourage them immediately based on the sole fact that they’re the one place on the strip that threatens to tow if you park in front of their shop. It seems the owner just spends all his energy watching the lot all day like a hawk. The entire strip is full of small business who all share parking, it speaks volumes how this one shop doesn’t feel the need to support his fellow neighbors. I get reserving a few spots but to claim an entire area for yourself is outrageous. It’s pretty evident why this place has bad reviews in the first place.

All right this as one of the worst reviews I've ever had to write upon calling Frank's formal Wear to ask them if I could bring in one of their tailored suits that I found of an all white after six jacket and pants combo I was told in one of the rudest manners that they would not help me and refuse to help the up and coming small business owner who needed a suit to go into the bank for a business loan cuz I'm wearing holy jeans and a stinky shirt and was absolutely disgusted and appalled on how that man treated me on the phone hung up on me while I was talking and refused to answer the phone again when I called minutes later if I could write negative stars on this review I would but I can't take Stars off so you get a one and I will be talking to the management staff about his behavior 8629-12007 is my license number and I'm lucky if I don't talk to my attorney I'm getting my business loan I will be spending all my money and time at men's wearhouse here in regency square this Phil was willing to listen to what I had to say and was willing to help me with

Frank is unprofessional, downright rude and lies. States he can do something and then changes his story. Tux too big and then doesn't make it right. Absolutely awful to deal with. Do not use Frank!

Went in here on a recommendation, Frank was awesome! Super nice Godly man. I bought a 3 piece suite, Frank did all the alterations right there and i took the suite home. Awesome value $, will be back for another soon!

If you're looking for a fitting, measurements, etc, I would try somewhere else. Anywhere else. Unless you like being yelled at and talked at like you're five. I was directed to call this store and was just doing as told; it was completely unprofessional to smack talk other stores and belittle me. Save your time everyone and go somewhere else. Even an active volcano would be a better place to find a tuxedo. Come to think of it, maybe an EF5 tornado. Sheeeeeeeesh.

Had to get a last minute tux. Frank got me in an out with a great tux in less than an hour! Picked every piece at the perfect size the first time. Super nice guy and good pricing. Shop small business shops and keep amazing guys like this in business! Well worth it.

Frank got me in and out with a fitted suit that my wife loved, in under an hour for fair price. I'm 6'1" 240lbs, so it's not the easiest size to accommodate either. I'd recommend anyone do rentals or purchases through. Great guy with a lot of history!

Ended up buying a 2 piece suit, 2 shirts and 2 ties. Got the pants hemmed and was good to go (at an alterations place they recommend). Highly recommend Franks Formal Wear & Tuxedo Central for anyone that needs an off the rack suit.

My experience at Frank’s was fantastic. The suits were of great quality, the attention to detail spot on and most importantly the customer experience. Frank himself drove all the way back from Orlando early just to open the store for me when it was closed. That level of commitment to his customers is not something you see every day.
