Visit with the staff and Dr. At this office was the best. I was taking care of in the best of time. Had a good discussion with all the staff I.was supposed to see plus one more. I will see them in the visit.

I recently have had cataract surgery performed at Frantz EyeCare and the results have been amazing. The process from the first appointment through surgery and all of the follow ups has been outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Frantz and his dedicated team to anyone looking to have cataract surgery.

I love Frantz Eye Care! Every single employee is amazing. They take their time and explain everything and actually make sure you understand what you are receiving in terms of care and rx. Outstanding team!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THERE WAS NO CONCERN ABOUT MY
CATARACTS. IT WAS PRIMARILY A DOLLAR & CENT SITUATION.
AFTER THEY WERE CONVINCED THAT I WOULD NOT CHOOSE
THE PROCEDURE NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE, IT WAS OVER.
MY INSURANCE WOULD ONLY COVER A BASIC PROCEDURE.
THIS OFFICE WANTED ME TO CHOOSE THE PROCEDURE THAT
WOULD COST ME AN ADDITIONAL $7,000 + OUT OF POCKET.
I WOULD "NOT" RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY,
DO YOUR HOMEWORK & LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR.
IN ADDITION, I WAS CHARGED $55.00 FOR A REFACTORY (?)
EXAM. I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS PROCEDURE ONE WEEK PRIOR
BY THE REFERRING DOCTOR. WHY? NO EXPLANATION.
I'LL STOP BECAUSE I'M GETTING ANGRY.

Dr. Edward was very thorough and explained everything she was doing and explained all of the test results. I will definitely be coming back.

For someone who does not like going to the doctor, my appointment couldn't have been more pleasant. Each step in the procedure was explained clearly and everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly! Kudos to the entire staff!

Worst service I have ever encountered, after 10 days they messed up the glasses. So they had to be redone, no priority service, I followed up on day 8 and was told maybe tomorrow maybe the next day. I would go else where!
I just got the lenses for the second time and they are wrong again, they went from being so lightly tinted to so dark I can barely see out of them, I asked for my money back at this point and was told no. They want to try one more time, so I first ordered these January 13th and now over a month has gone by and I’m still waiting. I called and asked to speak to the manager and voice mail to manager not a persons name was available, I assume they go thru a lot of manager’s to have a generic voice mail set up, anyway I waited all day and no call back

Had an eye emergency today and was able to get an appoingmentt at Frantz Eye Care in Berkshire Commons to be seen today. The staff there is so caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Edward was amazing as was her assistant. They made you feel like family. Would highly recommend these professionals for all your eye care needs.

Dr. Kircher-Carbone was great. Unfortunately she has retired. I have tried to stay at this office but booking has been very difficult. Mi wife and I have had a couple of appointments rescheduled by the office. The latest was today. We arrived for our appointments only to be told that the Dr.was not in and we would have to rescheduled. We had never been called and told the Dr.was not going to be in. I have started a search for a new Eye doctor.
