This is a truly excellent practice. Doctors Goel, Haidet, Leglec and Nguyen have helped me a great deal and I appreciate them very much. They are experts and very compassionate and kind. They are backed up by really kind and caring support staff like Kayla, Joleyna, Stephanie and Eve and I am indebted to all these wonderful medical practitioners. In addition, I had an optical emergency and they got me seen right away. I really appreciate this. Thank you!

I have never had a more thorough and extensive exams for my eyes in my life. The staff and Dr. Johnson were great. They explained everything and were patient and very professional. I have a new eye doctor! Thanks to all.

Stay away do not trust them! I went to the office in Cape Coral for an updated prescription and new glasses. The glasses they provided made me dizzy and nauseous. When I asked them to remake them they did however the results were the same, the glass is still made me dizzy and nauseous. Without explicitly saying, staff in the office inferred that they’re obviously something wrong with me. They insisted I come back and try the glasses in front of them where they can try to better fit them as if I haven’t been wearing glasses for the past 30 years. Finally, they offered to remake the glasses again and revert back to an older prescription that I got from Tyson however, there would be $100 fee. Why would I risk that I could just go to Tyson and pay them directly. Avoid Frantzc at all cost

Had a great experience at Franz Eyecare everyone from the lady who got me ready for my exam to Amber, who help me out with my glasses and was awesome. Highly recommend Fran eyecare.

Dr Johnson, her assistants and staff, and indeed all Frantz Eyecare personnel, are unfailingly professional, pleasant, helpful and capable medical providers. Nothing but good to report.

We just switched to Frantz after seeing another practice in the Cape for 2 years that we were “okay” with. Dr Johnson is professional, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

I have needed vision correction for 30 years. I wore contacts for 15, then had LASIK and then my eyes changed again after 13 years of being contact/glasses free. I went to two other optometrists in the Cape to be fitted for contacts and glasses again. I had issues with the prescriptions both times and was told to just get used to them.

As soon as Dr Johnson looked at my eyes, she said “Your prescription is wrong” - I hadn’t even had the chance to tell her the issues I’d been having. That impressed me immediately. Now I can see well again. She also saw all of my children and was wonderful with them as well - noticing issues in their eyes that had been diagnosed before we moved here but missed by other optometrists in the Cape.

I highly recommend Dr Johnson if you are looking for a new optometrist.

Doctor was very thorough in her examination and explanation of her findings, and she delayed the next surgery until she felt swelling had diminished. Patricia, the surgery coordinator, was able to fit me into Dr Franz busy surgery schedule.

Everytime I go there everyone is friendly and they make you feel comfortable I enjoy go to frantz eyecare.

I’m 46 and have always had excellent vision, now as I’ve gotten older my vision is fading. I hadn’t been to an eye Dr in 30 years. Everyone at Frantz EyeCare was pleasant to work with! Amber was a great help in choosing the right frames for me and helping to get them adjusted properly. My glasses came in quickly and I can now see! I’d highly recommend Frantz to anyone needing Eye care.

I was very nervous about getting my cataracts done. Dr Frantz put me at ease, his staff is amazing! I went from a -850 in my distance to 20/20. WOW! Highly recommend!

Dr. Warrier at Frantz Eye Care saved my eyesight! I was in her office at 10 in the morning, with decreasing vision in my left eye. She scheduled, and performed, surgery to repair a detached retina immediately that afternoon. Her understanding of the urgency of my situation resulted in a successful surgery and recovery. I am so grateful!

I had a pleasant experience. Sarah was so sweet. She did my entire exam until Dr Johnson came in and took a look at my eyes on the machine. Then she took me to a computer to explain what they found. Going back next week to see a retina specialist. Thank You to everyone I came in contact with, this includes the front desk also.
