Fratellos Pizza, Orlando FL

The food is fantastic! The baked ziti was fresh and delicious, the cheese fries and the salad were great! The Cesar salad was a little basic but all the ingredients were fresh. Even the bread with the ziti was fresh lol I'm very impressed. I'm sad I didn't get the guy at the registers name because he was very sweet and genuinely cared about his interactions with customers. Over all, extremely impressed with food and service 10/10 will be eating again lol

Excellent pizza and at a great price. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. The lady that helped us was so friendly and a beautiful person. We will be back for the awesome specials!

Went in asked if they had slices they said no. So I ordered some chicken strips. As I’m waiting some other guy comes in and asks if they have slices. Guys says yeah I can make a pizza for slices. As I’m waiting. Why didn’t he tell me that?

This pizza place is good however, not trustworthy because I was handed a menu and a 5 dollar off coupon and no where on the menu nor the coupon says minimum transaction amount to use the coupon. When I get to Fratello, an employee says that the minimum amount is $25 to use it. I find it to be a little bit of a scam to get customers to come in. I suggest that they fix that issue, because doesn’t look good for the company.

I got a steak pizza with no steak only on a couple of pieces and topping for 23 dollars this cost me, and I gave a tip never again, my friends told me about this place idk why smh

This place used to be my pizza place of choice until they hiked the prices up. They immediately lost my business along with several others that used them. The food wasn't bad but not the best either, so the increase in price was not warranted. I asked for a special on wings and pizza and when I got the price, I said "what? " They just attached their pizza and wings and called it a "special" Luckily my neighbor turned me on to a new place. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Hike your prices on loyal customers, lose business.very simple. Stop buying from these people, and you will see how fast we can put them out of business for good. They are literally trying to gouge the same customers whom keep them here.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. We both had the pizza lunch combo. I thought it was delicious! New York style for sure! I will definitely come again.

I bought 2 steak and cheese and the green peppers and onions and mushrooms weren’t cooked as they should be cooked in a steak and cheese. Raw onions in a steak in cheese is weird and Hugh pieces of onions like WHY Then the steak appeared to be steakum steak like slabs of steakum verses shredded steak. Fries were also dry no salt. Spend $32 bucks not worth the price!

We tried the lasagna pizza and it was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it! And that says a lot especially since I'm from New York!

The manager delivery guy so rude really bad at it too I didn't like his customer service I gave them 0 to 10 0 really bad customer service I didn't appreciate how I was talking to me rude rude

Ordering online was easy. Delivery was very prompt. Food was incredible.
Pizza was delicious, tasted fresh and the crust was awesome. Garlic knots were huge and tasty. Wings were giant, freakazoid pterodactyl sized, and the honey bbq was tasty af.
Will order again

It's not easy finding good pizza in Orlando. If you are searching for delicious crispy thin crust pizza, this is the place. The subs are generous in size, and price is reasonable. Clean restaurant. All around really good. I rarely give five stars but delicious quality pizza is rare in the area. I'll be back many times. Just keep making good food.

The food is fantastic! Great pizza, and the cinnamon rolls are amazing! Prices are better than i expected for the high quality food. Very friendly customer service. This place is worth visiting everytime

I didn’t give them 1 star because the pizza was good and my husband did enjoy his meat pasta but they won’t get any more than 2 stars from me because my chicken fettuccini Alfredo was really awful.
My husband tasted my Alfredo pasta and could not believe that his great meal came from the same place as my awful one.
My Alfredo sauce was thin and without any flavor. It looked and tasted like someone threw a little cheese in some milk mixed it up and then put a little parsley on top.
The chicken tasted like nothing at all, totally bland. The chicken was neither grilled nor breaded or seared. The chicken had to have been boiled and then thrown in with the pasta and “sauce”.
I order chicken Alfredo at almost every pizza place because it’s my favorite but this has to be the WORST chicken Alfredo pasta I have had in a very long time, if not ever.
If they weren’t open now? I would be calling for a refund.
Thank God there was enough pizza that I could steal a slice otherwise I would have to have a bowl of cereal tonight because that Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo I would not wish on my worst enemy.
