This Man is a disgrace to mankind! Dr Avni does not care for his patients, he does not listen to them and is extremely rude and unkind. I wouldn't recommend a dog to see him, he sits in front of his tablet and doesn't even examine you. Please go elsewhere before wasting your time being mentally drained from going to this guy. My mom deserves better than this, she deserves compassion and care and to be heard. If there were an option for 0 stars that's what he'd get! Dr Avni doesn't believe she's in horrid pain and suffering and refuses to give her any injections. Please find someone else to go to because trust me he is not it.

This is one of the worst medical offices I have been to. The 2 receptionists are miserable. They treat the patients very badly. The one that suposse to comunicate with the Pharmacy to arrange the injections, do not answers the phone when the pharmacy calls, just out of spite. Doctor Avni dosen't even give a real examination. He just seats in from of his tablet and burps very loudly. The only nice person is the nurse that gives the shots. I have been going here for my Prolia injection, but I am tired of being mistreated.

Doctor fredi anvi, he gived excellent attention, not genetalizing all of them, but some of his assistants that are at the front their service is HORRIBLE, they are RUDE, controversial, and incomprehensible.i am a patient and i dont go for free to the consultation, and if they have a job its cause of the patients that go to the place.

Quality of Care: 1 star - my husband was referred to this doctor by his father. He went for a pre-op clearance. No bloodwork was required as it was only needed for an eye procedure. Dr chose to do blood work even though my husband advised he had not fasted. Dr did bloodwork anyways. As expected, cholesterol tests came back elevated. Rechecked with a different doctor and fasting - the levels are normal. Waste of time. Screwed our insurance company out of money. Also found out he has my father-in-law coming in quarterly for a ‘check up’ with bloodwork and urine samples. This is a man with no existing or long term health issues. Screwing his insurance company out of money too.

Billing: 0 stars - I can’t even begin to tell you how incompetent they are. My husband went to them 1 time for a pre op clearance in 2022. They billed our insurance in 2023 for a different patient’s appointment and lab work. They called my husband to confirm this person’s appointment prior to the error in billing and my husband told them that he was not that patient. They didn’t correct it and still billed him incorrectly. 2 months later, 7 phone calls, 3 emails and 1 in-person visit and they still haven’t corrected the issue. We’re now receiving collection notices from the lab. Rhonda and Nubia in the doctors office have shown they don’t care to resolve the issue through a complete lack of action. I’ve reported the fraudulent claims to the insurance company. BBB is next.

Professionalism: 1 star - rude, unhelpful, incompetent. I worry for the people entrusting them with their care.

I been seeing Dr avni for about 25 years he is the best and his staff is so nice I just love them

This is an awesome Dr. He is my wife's and mother in laws primary.he always returns calls, he is available, he is a smart and caring and concerned Dr. His bedside manner is exceptionally good and the staff could not be any better. This is a great practice if you are looking for a good primary Dr.
