I went to the office in pain of my jaw. And OMG! I have no words to express my joy. It only took one minute with the laser to fix it. Dr Duke was very thoughtful and caring! I totally recommend this practice.

This Office is top notch and they do not disappoint. It always has been and because of their professionalism, my fear of dentist offices was cured. The whole team is considerate and kind. I have had nothing but pleasant and professional experiences since 2006. There will never be another dentist office for me.

I was referred to Encompass Dental the middle of April 2023 with a serious tooth fracture and major infection that had not been detected by a previous dentist in another city in Florida. When I went in for a new patient consultation Dr. Thurston explained the urgency of getting the fractured tooth and infection removed immediately because infection was close to my sinuses. He immediately adjusted his schedule and made arrangements to proceed with the extraction and cleaning out the infection that day. Dr. Thurston and Dr. Vic, both worked to extract tooth and clean out infection while attending to their other patients that day. This practice, in my opinion, is 100% + there for their patients. Dental enough. Everyone at the facility does their best to make you feel at ease, and genuinely cares if you are comfortable or in pain. Through multiple visits, I have gotten to know most of the staff. It really feels like visiting friends, not going to a medical office. All of the equipment is state of the art, and all of the Doctors are very knowledgeable.

When we started looking for a dentist for our son, we didnt have much experience or knowledge about dentistry, but when I started researching and came across Frederick D. Thurston D. M. D. Thurston Comprehensive Dental Center, INC, we were blown away! The warm welcome when you first walk in is just the beginning of the nonstop compassion. Every question we have is lovingly explained until we feel we fully comprehend what they're explaining. Theres never any judgement no matter the situation our teeth are in, which gave us an amazing gift to give to our son, who now, can't and wont stop smiling, the most beautiful thing ever! I want everyone to know that a lot in life we cant control or even change, but if it comes down to you, your family or love ones, any and all oral needs, the only people you'll need are at Frederick D. I have been to my fair share of dentists and this is by far the best. Dr. Thurston did a great job on my crown but also all of his staff were very kind and professional. The hygienist was exceptional. They also get 5 stars for organization and cleanliness.

The services and care offered at this dentistry are top notch in all respects. Laurie does an excellent job as my hygienist and is a real joy to visit! Dr. Duke and his staff use the latest available technology and always take time to answer questions and alleviate concerns. I couldn’t be happier.

Husband had horrible abscess, we call the office. Was a new patient, they got him in promptly. Have to say, made the meaning of caring staff an understatement. Husband said never felt more comfortable and cared for by a dentist. Highly recommend for any dental needs. Want to thank the entire staff for making this a very pleasant experience.

I highly recommend this dental practice. I haven’t lived in Florida long. I was a patient at another unaffiliated practice and was disappointed with the care I received. Dr. Duke and the staff at Thurston listened to my concerns, set up and executed a thorough and satisfying treatment plan. They corrected the things that were ignored or misdiagnosed. I don’t have dental insurance so I signed up for their discount plan and found it to be beneficial. Their were no hidden fees or costs. The office is modern with a pleasant comfortable environment. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. I never liked going to the dentist so I am happy to say they made the experience comfortable, caring and painless.

After long search for dental repair following radiation and chemo treatment for head and neck cancer and covid, was referred by lifetime friend of family was referred to Dr T who immediately responded to infection and started plan for repairing damage after clearing infection other (Specialists) had not been able to treat or willing to tackle. Dental and cleaning were very professional. Prices are high. Said it would cost $50,000 for implants and $12,000 for dentures. I switched dentists.

While on vacation from England I needed an emergency extraction of one of my molars. Before going ahead Dr Thurston and his team made sure there was no other option than to extract. Once we had confirmed the course of treatment we went ahead. They kept me informed and comfortable throughout my entire appointment and the extraction was quick and painless! I cannot rate them highly enough. If you’re looking for a local dentist or just need emergency treatment while in town I assure you, you cannot go wrong with this Dental Centre.
